Dr. Ali performed a root canal on me 4 years ago, where I didn't feel any pain and was totally relaxed. As such, I returned to the doctor's office since my regular dentist referred me to an Endodontic specialist. This time Dr. Ali had Dr. Parmar take care of me. It turned out I needed root canals on two teeth, which made me anxious. However Dr. Parmar and Asma were very pleasant and confident making me feel very comfortable and setting my mind at ease. Unfortunately, I had a root canal four years ago that was never done properly and I've just suffered through the constant uncomfortable feeling. Couldn't call it pain, but it never went away. I finally found a great general dentist (Dr. Kelly Lam), who recommended RC Endodontics. Best experience ever! The entire staff is caring and empathetic. Dr. Sheabar was AMAZING! He was SOOO caring and gentle. He looked at me and listened. I wasn't just another patient/number. When he numbed me, it was nearly a pain-free experience, and the tiny pain I did feel was very very minimal. He should train all dentists how to give injections!!! The process was so easy compared to the other 2 root canals I've had. I hope I never have to have another one, but if I do, I will absolutely come here. I can't recommend them enough! read more

RC Endodontics was referred me to Dr. Sami Ali because I had a complicated Root Canal from my childhood that needed to be re-done. It ended up being that I needed an Apicoectomy. I was very nervous. Very Scared. But the procedure itself performed by Dr. Ali and Dr. Jesus went very well. They were efficient and fast. The recovery was about a week with swelling/bruising and seemed to be the worst part of the whole experience. Got stitches removed a week later and was evaluated by both Doctors again and was told recovery is going well and I wont see them again for about 6 months to check on recovery then. I have mixed reviews regarding my visit at this location today. I was initially greeted my an aggressive, rude, condescending front desk receptionist is the first chair with dark hair. She yelled my PHI information out in the crowded office. She would sigh or roll her eyes when I had concerns about treatment and changes. I was about to leave the office because of her rude actions before I had a chance to see a dentist. I was then called to the back by nurse Brandy who was amazing. Her kindness turned my experience around and made me stay. I was then treated by D.O Patel who was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I've never been a fan of dentists. The pain, the fatigue, the noise, all serve to a negative experience. This office was the complete opposite of a bad time. The staff were nothing but welcoming, insightful, calming and informative. From the receptionist, to the Dr, everybody was extremely professional and my root canal was done within an hour, and to my surprise, completely pain free. I needed a root canal and was terrified! Dr. Parma was extremely gentle and very, very caring. She knew how scared I was of the injections and to calm me down, she said she was really good at it - she wasn't kidding! I was so happy that I didn't feel any needle pain! As for the root canal, she made sure I was comfortable, with no pain and would do everything she could to ease my fears. RC Endodontics Dr Ali was a life saver .. I needed a root canal ( thru a crown).. I'm claustrophobic and gag easily, so they had their hands full .. Dr Ali is so calm n patient, gave be little breaks in between drilling .. they put a soft plastic covering just over mouth with a hole open around tooth , so drilling , little pieces don't go down ur throat .. wonderful concept His assistant was Jesus' ( think he was Dr too not sure ) but he was just as patient n calming as Dr Ali .. I have been to Dr Ali before but nothing this big .. I trusted him completely.. If you need a Endodontics ( most dentists refer you to one ) request Dr Ali Office .. I have been going here since 2017. I have had to have 3 root canals because I had a horrible dentist as a kid. I have had root canals in2017,2019, and 2023. The Dr is such a great guy. He talks to you and tells you the good and bad. All three have gone great and I am happily eating cold and hot foods and not jumping out of my skin. Dr. Ali did two root canals on me last year and was beyond patient, empathetic and gentle. He changed my opinion of dental work.
