What an amazing experience…read more I walked into the office of a maxiofacial surgeon expecting to get my tooth pulled that day. The surgeon explained that because of my age, I would not be able to receive an implant until 10+ years and that I would run into issues with that tooth if I decided to pull it so early. He then referred us to RC Endodontics for an emergency root canal. I walked in terrified because of the poor thoughts on root canals and the issues that could arise later from failed root canals or root canals in general. They got me into the office in about 30 minutes, which was wonderful because I had been losing sleep over this tooth and experiencing horrible ear aches and jaw pain for days. They took a look at the tooth and saw that I had bone loss and a severe infection through that part of my jaw and tooth. Dr.Parmer was extremely kind and helped with my worries and concerns without judging. She performed the procedure and injected me multiple times to make the procedure more comfortable. It's been about 3 months since I've received it and I'm no longer in any pain and my bone has gone back to its normal state. I am so grateful for such a kind office and such a well done procedure. Thank you for saving my life.

Please be aware that this office charged me over $100 for a consultation fee without informing me about the fee before the appointment. I understand that consultation fees may apply, but I believe patients should be clearly informed about any out-of-pocket charges before their appointment, especially when insurance information has been provided in advance. As a courtesy to patients, I strongly believe the office should disclose the consultation fee beforehand so patients have the opportunity to understand and agree to the charge before receiving the service.

Dr. Hadi Sheeb was unprofessional; he spoke rudely to his dental hygienist and used deficit-based language when referring to my dental health. This week, I returned due to severe tooth pain. I had an appointment in 2 days but I couldn't take the pain. I left a message on the emergency line after hours, but no one ever followed up. During the exam, Dr. Sheeb applied something cold to my tooth, which caused me to jolt in pain. He didn't check to see if I was okay--he just stared at me and proceeded to test another tooth. He then told me I needed to pinpoint the pain myself and suggested it might go away or be caused by grinding. I felt dismissed, unsupported, and deeply frustrated. I was so overwhelmed I began to cry in the waiting room. I called my general dentist, who asked to speak with Dr. Sheeb. The front desk only provided a tooth number and said the doctor was with a patient. Thankfully, my dentist referred me to another endodontist who immediately diagnosed the issue and performed a root canal. That doctor was shocked that I had been turned away despite being in obvious pain. I will not be returning to Route 66 Endodontics. Patients deserve to be treated with empathy and urgency--especially when in severe pain.

From the time I entered the office everyone was professional, courteous and very welcoming. The front desk is very helpful, organized and friendly. The dental assistants and technicians were outstanding, as well. My name was even listed on the board of the office to welcome me to their practice. Their waiting room is clean and videos are very educational, too. Dr Reza reviewed my x-rays and suggested treatment(s). Everything was completely on board and I felt no pressure regarding his suggestions. The follow-up visit involved repairing (3) of my existing resin tooth fillings (which I already knew were an issue) which has now been completed and I can't be any happier with the outcome of my experience. The only suggestion that I have is that additional signing for the (2) entrances at the back of the building from the parking lot would be helpful. If you are looking for a dental practice in the Rancho Cucamonga area, I strongly suggest that you give Dr. Reza and his team consideration. Looking forward to my 6 month teeth cleaning visit. Dr. Reza and his team are A1.

When I asked the front desk clerk whether patients regularly consumed them in the waiting room she confirmed that, yes they do. When asked whether the waiting room was regularly cleaned to assess how much of a risk my child was in sitting in the chairs, she said they clean once daily. The staff did not seem concerned about the risk to my child. They also did not seem educated in preventing allergic reactions for future patients. The clinic was clean and the staff were polite albeit uneducated in food allergies. Those with a tree nut allergy be warned.

Alright, before you read this let me say I totally understand and agree that you normally would not…read moreassociate a dental procedure to a pleasant experience but hear me out on this. I had been having a tooth ache for months and my regular dentist (who is fantastic- Dr. Robin Su) told me that I more than likely needed a root canal as my tooth had been cracked and it was not going to improve. Without boring you with the details, Dr. Robin referred me to Upland Endodontix. So throughout my life, all I've heard was that root canals are terrible and literally everyone had nothing but negative things to say about them. I mean people have even said "I'd rather have my appendix removed before having a root canal". Well, needless to say I was not overly excited about this and even contemplated just living with the pain. Well, fast forward. I walk into the office and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. Ashley and Alexis handled all the paperwork and were very friendly and professional. After only a few moments, I was brought back where I met Al, who took care of me the entire time. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Dr. Vu was also very professional and completed the process in about 30 minutes. Seriously, a root canal in 30 minutes. Now let me tell you I hate needles. I mean Ive had several big surgeries and before this, I would have put this right up at the top- total sissy. But as for the process, I could not have been more wrong. When I say this entire process was nothing worse than having a normal cavity filling, that's how I would describe it. Sure it's more in depth but the way they handled was very straight forward- you get a few shots, they cover your face, and do some drilling and filling. Anyways, this review is already too long but I had such a positive experience I felt compelled to pass along. The entire staff was top notch and if I could give them 10 Stars I would. I absolutely, without a doubt, highly recommend Upland Endodontix.

My wife developed sudden, severe tooth pain that quickly turned into intense headaches affecting…read morethe entire side of her face. What started on a Saturday night became an hour-by-hour struggle. We first saw a dentist on Monday, where they diagnosed an infection, prescribed amoxicillin and 800 mg ibuprofen, and recommended extracting the tooth. Unfortunately, the medication provided very little relief, and the pain continued. We sought a second opinion on Wednesday. That office recommended a root canal but didn't have an endodontist available and couldn't see her until the following week. With my wife still in significant pain, I spent most of the night and early am searching specifically for an endodontist who could see her as soon as possible. We came across Upland Endodontix. We had actually been considering another office, but after reading reviews, I didn't feel as confident. The professionalism and consistency of the reviews here gave us a much better feeling, so we reached out. They contacted us first thing Thursday morning and scheduled her for a 2:00 p.m. appointment that same day. From the moment we arrived, everyone was professional, kind, communicative, and genuinely caring. The doctor explained everything clearly, treated her very gently, and was able to save the tooth with a root canal. The difference afterward was incredible. Before treatment, even with antibiotics and prescription-strength ibuprofen, the pain never really went away--it was only slightly dulled. After the procedure, the same medications actually eliminated her remaining discomfort, allowing her to finally begin recovering. She was in and out in about 45-50 minutes, and the experience couldn't have gone better. We're incredibly grateful to the entire team for fitting her in so quickly and providing such excellent care. If I ever need an endodontist myself, this is exactly where I'll go. I highly recommend Upland Endodontix.

I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at Barosum Dental in Upland. My experience…read moreleft me feeling unheard, misdiagnosed, and ultimately traumatized. While I was out of town on July 12, 2026, I developed severe pain on the lower right side of my mouth. As soon as I returned, I scheduled an emergency appointment for July 15. I also had a previously scheduled deep cleaning appointment for July 16. During my emergency visit, the female dentist appeared to minimize my concerns. Instead of focusing on the area where I was experiencing pain, she asked whether I had seen an endodontist for a referral from a year earlier and questioned a shadow in my gums that had existed for over 30 years on the opposite side of my mouth. I requested X-rays, and a 360-degree scan was performed. After reviewing the images, she told me everything looked fine, that I had no cavities, gave me Sensodyne toothpaste for tooth sensitivity, and said I was cleared to proceed with my deep cleaning the following day. Later that same day, the office coordinator called and told me they wanted me to see the endodontist before my cleaning. I went to the appointment, and within five minutes the endodontist identified a cavity. My primary dentist confirmed the finding and recommended that my wisdom tooth be extracted. I was extremely upset that my condition had been missed during my emergency visit. I asked to speak with the female dentist who had evaluated me, but she was unavailable. I scheduled the extraction for July 17, 2026. Because I had previously had a successful experience using nitrous oxide during another tooth extraction, I requested it again to help manage my anxiety. I was numbed for the procedure and was told I was receiving nitrous oxide, but I never felt its effects. I noticed the dental assistant was on the phone for much of the procedure, and it appeared that no one ensured the nasal cannula was properly positioned. I informed both the oral surgeon and the assistant that I did not feel like I was receiving the nitrous oxide, but my concerns were dismissed. I remained anxious throughout the procedure, and the extraction was ultimately unsuccessful. I left the office emotional, traumatized, and deeply disappointed. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. As healthcare providers, listening to patients is essential. I repeatedly expressed my concerns and felt they were ignored every step of the way. I will not be returning to this office. I also plan to verify that my insurance was not billed for procedures that were not completed, including the deep cleaning and the unsuccessful tooth extraction. I hope this review encourages the office to improve communication, patient care, and attention to patient concerns so that others do not have a similar experience.
