I am beyond disappointed in their after care service. I had a root canal done two years ago by Dr. Richard. It did not feel right. It was my first one so I trusted what the dentist said. I returned two times in a six month period, Complaining that there was pain and it just didn't feel right. I was a cash customer and at this point had paid nearly $3000. Dr. Richard told me that he wouldn't be able to repair the root canal. The X-ray showed a break in the root canal tubes. I would have to go to another dentist because he did not redo root canals. So I paid $3000 for faulty materials and bad placement, and would now have to go pay more money to have it looked at by someone else who could fix a bad root canal . Now here I am two years later with an infection inside my gum and bone and having to now go see someone else to fix the repairs of the damage that was done by Dr. Richard when he did the first root canal. Unfortunately, in dental care there's no return on work completed. Even if that work was not done well. The only reason I'm giving them a one is because thier front office staff is very kind. read more

Chose baseline dental after years of being nervous to go to a dentist Front desk ladies were so welcoming and friendly, the office was clean and didn't have that usual dentist funk. Theresa helped me with X-rays and was very patient and understanding of my issues with gag reflex. Dr. Buck was one of the best I've seen. He listened to my issues, gave me solutions and explained every step of what is wrong and what needs to be done. I came to Baseline to get some cosmetics done on my teeth. My teeth were really really bad. You can see from my before picture that I took at my first appointment when he put that funny mouth opener on me. But I have now finished my dental treatment after about 2 months and you can see what amazing work Dr. Buck does. I am so glad I came here. I was lucky to come here but hopefully you can take my word for it these guys are the best. Any soreness while I was doing the procedures was minimal and went away after a day or two. This is the best dental practice I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient. The care has been phenomenal. My hygienist Heidi takes excellent care of my teeth. She explains everything about what's going on and educates me on how to care for my teeth and gums. I love the fact that I see the same hygienist every time. I hadn't been to a dentist in couple of years and she told me what I should do to ensure things did not deteriorate any further. They were simple things and in the 5 years I have been going there I'm proud to say ALL 32 of my teeth are in better condition now than when I first came in. I have never been asked by anyone there to do any unnecessary dental work (changing fillings to white, deep cleanings more often than needed etc) as I was at my last dentist. No pressure sales. I found Baseline Dental from a Google review when I was looking into Botox for TMJ. Came in for my consultation and the entire staff was so friendly! Janelle was great! Dr Buck explained the procedure and expectations and I decided to move forward and got the Botox injections same day! It took about 2 weeks to feel the results and I feel amazing! My daughter has been going to this dentist for years. During a conversation on the phone Dr. Maurice Firouz stated he would charge $3000 for the invisalign at the time my exhubby and I did not have dental insurance to cover it. Last month, it came to my attention his dental insurance would cover the cost. Dr. Maurice Firouz and Gail changed the cost to $3,600. On the initial contract I wrote notes in my handwriting on the contract. Dr. Maurice Firouz knew what he told my ex hubby and me on the phone, and what cost he quoted my daughter and me in person. Dr. Maurice Firouz and Gail are dishonest and I will not subject my daughter and myself to be con out of an additional $600. The original contact which has my handwriting on the contract had notes I wrote because Gail came to me acting shady. Very dishost practice. We are not planning on returning, and I would like a copy of the contract with my hand writing on it. Please be be careful dealing with these two. read more

I messaged them at 4am while I was in severe pain caused by my wisdom tooth being impacted and they actually called me at 8am and got me in at 8:40am.
