Dr. Ko and her dental assistant truly eased my anxiety around my root canal appointment. My appointment was quick, easy and painless. Dr. Ko was nice enough to pause at times to make sure I was doing ok m, and she was communicative about the process. Thank you to the whole team for easing my anxiety around my appointment and taking great care of my teeth! read more

All of the staff were amazing. They took the time to sit with me and make me feel at ease when I was feeling extremely anxious. The staff is truly caring. They called the very next day after every visit to check on me and even when they called to confirm my next appointment they asked again how I was doing. I highly recommend Radix. read more

Dr. Ho is a caring person and uses every technology available. I would highly recommend Dr. Ho and her staff.

Pros: super clean, upscale office, friendly staff, welcoming front desk Cons: expensive, dentist had very low bedside manners Dentist came in, saw my X-rays, patted me on the shoulder and said, "We need to redo 3 root canals. The front desk will talk to you now." She did not take the time to ease my nerves, ask how I was feeling, or explain my options. No smile, no empathy. I walked out of the exam room and see the dentist had removed her mask, was talking with another patient for a while smiling ear to ear with a tall young man. I felt discriminated. Will not return to have work done there. read more

Radix Endodontics - How I felt after my appointment. - Endodontists Near Me - Upland, California

I was referred to Radix Endodontics for issues with my lower molar crown. It was painful and possible infection. The referral appointment was very quick within two days. The reception was very professional and sincere. I met with Dr. Ko, she had ordered 3-D X-ray to find the root cause of my discomfort and pain. It was determined there was infected root canals. She had me prepared for the Endodontics surgery immediately. The whole process was treated with kindness and caring. Now I am at home on the next day, I feel great without the awful pain and discomfort. Thank you to Dr. Ko and her staff at Radix Endodontics read more

Dr. Ko, Sally, and the staff were amazing! I was beyond afraid and putting off a much needed root canal, but they were patient and put me at ease from start to finish. Dr. Ko and Sally were informative about the procedure, steps, after care, and a follow-up phone call to check on me. I have had no pain since the root canal and feel much better! read more

They got me in for an emergency root canal as I was traveling from out of state. Amazingly professional and competent surgeons. Best technology. When I returned to my regular dentist to fill the temporary filling, she commented 'best work I've ever seen'. I can't give a higher recommendation even though they deserve better than 5 stars! read more

I was referred by my dentist to go to Radix and was told I had to pay $450 out of pocket for a cat scan, only for the dentist to tell me I could just have my tooth pulled and showed me on the x-Ray they had originally taken! He had told me I needed a CT scan to find out how to treat when the tooth could have simply been pulled from the get go! So the $450 CT scan was pointless and a waste of $450! I'd give it a 0 if I could. read more

The kindest most sweetest staff office and doctor. If you can go here, do it. It'll be the best decision you can make and i can truly say i have never been at a more welcoming office. Also the place is very fancy. This place is the best dental office I've ever been to in my life. read more

I got a procedure done last week, it couldn't have gone better. Dr suh and her staff are diligent and committed to providing a good experience. I was nervous coming in but their friendliness changed that. They've called to check on me since my procedure and scheduled a follow up visit to make sure everything healed properly. read more

Nobody wants to get a root canal but if you need one they're a great place. Super clean. Really friendly. Really fast. Dr has some trick where I couldn't feel the injections at all (and nobody is a bigger needle wimp than me). They're great. Hope I never have to go back tho. :) Ps. The entrance is on the south side facing foothill. They're on the first floor. read more

I can't rave enough about this place. I came here as a referral from my primary dentist for some specialized root canal work. When I first walked in, I was impressed by the office space - very modern, high tech and clean. The staff (especially the front office manager, Sally) and the techs were so friendly. My first time there, they made me feel like I was a long time customer. Dr. Suh was grea! She was attentive to my concerns, she explained what was happening and what needs to be done. I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Suh I highly recommend this place!! read more

Truly state of the art! The facility, the staff and the doctors provided stellar services in my time off need. Dr Suh is professional, stern, comforting and knowledgeable all at the same time! Minimal pain, understanding of my fears. Even provided a cozy stuffed animal. It worked!!! She gave me the pills right in the office. Barely felt the needle. She kept me comfortable and set realistic expectations. Excellent use of the dam, my mouth wasn't even tired after. Lol... If you are ever in need of emergency care, or major dental work, trust me when i say this office has earned it!!! Thank you to all of you for helping me when i came back from Hawai'i- Aloha and Mahalo! read more

I see a lot of good reviews but unfortunately had a bad experience. I knew going in that there may be chance they could not 'save' my tooth. During the procedure Dr Sue kept scolding her assistant for not doing things right or not getting the correct materials, she said she didn't have time to double check them. I get where she is coming from but this made me very uncI'm fort able to hear her scolding the employee and then I feel so they even know what they are doing and I'm this chair with my tooth open?! The Dr. didn't explain what happened except that she couldn't save the tooth and now has to be extracted, and when I started to ask questions she said rudely "what dont you understand?" She was rude to her staff and me, a paying customer! read more

I was refereed to this place by my dentist to get a root canal on tooth 31 (the one in the very back). I've never had a root canal before, so I came in pretty worried about the whole procedure. The staff were very friendly, and Dr. Suh was very kind and explained the steps she was taking along the way. All in all, the whole procedure was painless and took the length of the Disney movie to complete. There are a lot of small details that makes this place great. For instance, they give you sun glasses to protect your eyes against the dental-light and played the movie Hercules on an overhead monitor for me to watch. read more

Recently went in for a retreatment of a root canal previously done by another Dentist. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Its a great facility with top of the line equipment, very clean. Awesome staff is very warm and welcoming. I was very nervous and in pain. Dr. Suh put me at ease, explaining everything that the procedure entailed. She was gentle and felt no pain. They also refunded me my $50 copay a few weeks later because my insurance covered the expense. I am grateful that my Dentist referred me to such a great office. If your in the unfortunate situation that you need a root canal this is the place. Thanks Radix! read more

Dr. Suh is a great root canal specialist. Shes kind, patient, and genuine. Their office is small and tidy. In every room they turn on Netflix so its relaxing to watch. I got 2 root canals and both times I fell asleep. Shes that good. I hate going to dentists but she was so good that my body was so relaxed and I fell asleep. Dr. Suh's priority is always the patient being comfortable and they definitely are good at it. The receptionists people are very friendly too. They always ask if I want a bottle of water. Very kind people that work In the office. I recommend this place. They also play Christian music in the background which makes the environment even calmer. Dr suh is absolutely the best endodontic I have ever seen in my life time and I've seen many. Dr. Suh is painless, patient and thorough, I will not go to different endodontic again - Dr. Suh is the best. I really cannot say enough about the quality of care Dr. Suh provides. Also Dr. Suh took into account my having two (2) auto immune's and cancer meds when reviewing my need for dental work and the care given. Truly a remarkable Dr. and one of a kind. I would recommend Dr. Suh to everyone who needs a endodontic dentist read more

Sue Suh D.D.S. and staff are the most proficient at their field. My root canal was a GREAT success. They really took care of me. Thank you Dr Suh and staff. read more

Dr. Suh is the best endodontist I have ever met. The personal touch she shows her patients is phenomenal! She took care of an unexpected Root canal literally days before a major surgery. She spoke with my dentist, called me at home herself and brought me in the same day... knowing that I had my kids with me. She is kind, gentle and explains every single step she's doing. Her staff are all just as wonderful. They watched my kids in the waiting room to allow her to do her work and even gave them water bottles during their long wait. After the procedure, which took two visits to complete because of a complication, she sent me home with medication and clear instructions. She called me at home on a weekend to make sure I was doing well. This kind of service is VERY rare in the world of dentistry, in my experience, and it is something I value. Root canals are not a fun experience but it's much more tolerable when you have an excellent doctor. Thank you, Dr. Su for the compassionate care you provided to me and for making the time to help me in a very stressful time. read more

I had the best dental experience at Radix Endodontics! Firstly, the waiting area was very clean and organized. Secondly, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I had a few appointments following my root canal and they were very good to remember my name. They offer me a water bottle whenever I leave, and they always follow up with me to see how my tooth is feeling after a procedure or check-up. Now to the main part, Dr. Suh is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. She is very knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. I saw her when I needed to get a root canal. She was extremely gentle to the point that I actually fell asleep in the chair! That has NEVER happened to me before at the dentist. They had given me a blanket because I was cold and I guess I just snoozed. :p The dentist assistants are all helpful and nice. The equipment in the rooms seem to be top notch. Everything was clean and really makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Suh was able to answer any questions I had about the procedure. I really am glad I went to her for my root canal. I HIGHLY recommend her! read more

Dr suh has very clean office. Very detailed and very professional. Thank you for your kind service.

It's always hard to write something positive about a dental office visit specially when you had to get a root canal. Having said this, my experience with Dr. Suh was extremely positive (she treated me for an emergency visit). She was very good at getting the pain out of the way so I could relax while fixing my tooth. It was very quick, thorough and as painless as I hoped. Treatment cost was very reasonable too. All-in, an experience that I'd recommend. Too bad that I was just visiting CA and needed an emergency treatment. If I were local, She'd definitely be my regular endodontist. read more

I have been to Radix Endodontics for two root canals. The office is very clean and nice. The entire staff Dr. Suh, Dr. Ko, Sally, and Kristi, are very professional and compassionate. Dr. Suh and her staff are amazing! She performed a significant surgery to remove infected bone and while the surgery was long, she took the time to ensure my comfort throughout the process. After the al oust 3 hr procedure was done, Dr. Suh told me that I may be swelling and/or bruising but icing would definitely help. I was also given medication to control pain, of which I only needed one dose as I had no pain, bruising or swelling. This doctor is a precious blessing and a professional in her discipline. Love, love, love her and you will not be disappointed. The techs are also just as awesome as the doctor and Sally is one of the best receptionists in a doctors office I've ever known! My experience with Dr. Suh was absolutely AMAZING! I would recommend Dr. Suh to anyone who is looking for an endodontist who is extremely competent, dearly cares for patients as people rather than just a dollar sign, makes the treatment time VERY pleasant and goes the extra mile to make sure that I am well taken care of. Let me clarify one thing. No one likes to be at a dental Clinique unless he or she has to. Having said this, I would not hesitate to go back with Dr. Suh if ever need further treatments. She is the BEST!! read more
