She even called me personally a few days later to check on him. Today my daughter had some teeth extracted, my daughter was extremely nervous and emotional, again Dr. Chow was so loving, patient and gentle. She explains everything that is happening and gives kid friendly examples to make them feel at ease. Her assistant was extremely sweet with my daughter also, holding her hand and rubbing her arm for comfort. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone. She's honest and respectful.

They are both amazing dentists and are so kind and willing to work with us to schedule. One time Dr Chow even called on a Saturday to check up on my son after a filling he had the day prior. None of them took my daughter as a patient. As a desperate parent seeking other options to prevent my daughter from having to get jaw surgery. I came across Dr. Miao. Dr. Miao was so kind and patient with my daughter's condition. He studied my daughter's case and came up with a treatment plan for my daughter's teeth in hope to prevent her from having to do jaw surgery. Fast forward to today, my daughter's teeth have been corrected and Dr. Miao completely saved her from needing to have jaw surgery to correct her underbite. My toddler is very curious and they were friendly towards him as well as my 1.5 year old who was giving a little push back towards her cleaning. The doctor was even humming a little Lullaby while doing her cleaning that calmed her down immediately and she let him do everything he needed to.
