Stressful & annoying experience just trying to schedule a free consultation. I was asked to provide X-rays from my previous dentist, which I did, but then received multiple follow-up calls asking for access to the X-rays, treatment recommendations, pricing, and paperwork from other dental offices. What frustrated me most was being repeatedly questioned even after I explained I didn't have the information. For a consultation, it felt excessive and made the experience stressful before I had even stepped into their office. All the staff here are very kind and efficient, Jodie my usual hygienist is very meticulous with her cleaning. They'll explain their process of things if you'd like, and give you tips to improve your hygiene. The interior is clean and luxurious, everyone knows their stuff. Dr. Zaveri performed a successful molar root canal on me some years ago and it's still going strong, 10/10 experience every time I'm in the office. I was referred here. I called and was able to get an appointment right away once they found out I had a broken tooth. As someone who is usually terrified of the dentist, I knew I needed some work done and then some but Dr. Zaveri went through everything with me, step by step. I'm a big baby when it comes to pain but he was so careful that I just sat back and was able to relax, which is a crazy thing to say when you're getting work done in your teeth but it's true. I went for a root canal and deep clean and it was painless and he explained everything to keep me calm. His hygienist was so caring and kind as well.
