Complete waste of time. The office schedule me an appointment and stated they would have my X-rays from my dental office sent to them for my appointment but that of course never happened. When I arrived the dentist stated they would not accept my dentists X-rays and wanted to charge me to take new ones even tho mine were only a few weeks old. read more

Must read !!! caution visiting this dental office! This is the sequence of events culminating in this review. Compassion is out the window at this dental office. Subject: Nearly three weeks have elapsed without a response despite his three attempts to contact the office for an appointment. The most negligent dentist practices in Corona. 1st week of September, my partner visited the dentist due to excruciating discomfort. He was informed that his insurance coverage needed verification and was subsequently sent home, enduring unbearable tooth agony that impeded his ability to eat. He inquired whether the Dental Insurance had been validated, and they informed my partner that the individual responsible for checking coverage was out of the office. "They should never make a patient wait, because one of their employees was out of the office that day or week! pretty much they told my partner !! nothing they can do until that person gets back . Two weeks! Time elapsed without a call, prompting him to phone again; they were in the process of verifying his insurance, which is a PPO, allowing him to utilize it at any preferred location with excellent dental coverage. 3 weeks and they couldn't verify his Dental insurance !! this is HORRIBLE!! After around 2.5 weeks of persistent callbacks, he ultimately conceded defeat. The pain he was in was so bad I took him to another Dentist office where he was seeing immediately and get the best service and feeling better. Professionals in the dental billing sector would assert that verifying insurance does not require nearly three weeks; often, one only needs an individual's Social Security number, address, full name, and date of birth to confirm coverage, which may take as little as 24 hours. That is all. I WILL SAY THIS AGAIN HE CALLED ABOUT 3 TIMES ASKING TO SCHEDULE AND THE ANSWER WAS " WE HAVE NOT VERIFIED YOUR DENTIAL PLAN?? REALLY 3 WEEKS TO A VETERAN!! TO SOMEONE THAT WAS IN PAIN!!!!!!!! The dentist's office neglected to respond, failing to return the patient's calls despite three attempts to book an appointment, reflecting a lack of professionalism!! Do not place your trust in this dental practice, as you will not receive a callback if someone is unavailable, or you may not receive any communication whatsoever. Abysmal service, and an establishment of this nature cannot be trusted. to the dentist office manager at this place 1) you had one employee at the office and nobody else could help verified coverage to a person in a lot of pain 2) he called more than 3 times trying to schedule appointment 3) the person answering the phone kept saying we need to verify his insurance 4) it would have taken less than a day to verify he was fully cover with dental insurance YOUR OFFICE!!!! IS NOT A PLACE TO TRUST.!!! read more

As someone with severe dental trauma and white-coat syndrome, finding a compassionate team is everything. They lied about the root canal! Saying it had a 70 percent chance of being successful at the initial consultation then they up sold me on a $200 laser that was suppoesd to increase the chance of the root canal working. Then on the day of treatment they said it may have a 50 percent chance of working. After treatment they said it most likley didnt work and would cost me all of my insurance money! Then they told me to get my tooth filled after they took all of my insurance money plus $200! They are crooks and do not care about their clients! They want to milk everyone for as much money as possible! I HAVE BEEN IN PAIN EVER SINCE GOING HERE AND THEY TOOK ALL OF MY INSURANCE MONEY PLUS $200! DO NOT EVER GO HERE! read more

From the moment I called Root 66, we have been treated very well. We were referred to Root 66 from a dentist and I am so happy they did. With a complicated situation the office staff all helped with quick solutions and thorough explanations. We appreciate Dr Evan and his kind personal touch with my very nervous 10year old daughter. The following day after her root canal her face & lip swelled... it was very concerning and in the morning they made time to see her and assess what was going on. My daughter had bit her lip and inside her cheek that caused trauma and the swelling. Now I know. Warm salt water rinses were recommended which makes perfect sense. Thank you again Root 66 Corona, we appreciate you all! read more

Thank you Dr Halpern and Irene! From the front desk to the Surgeon himself, I thank you for the care and support you showed my daughter and I when she had a root canal retreatment. I initially visited for a consultation and Dr Halpern answered all my questions and concerns and knew how to calm my daughter down for a quick and pain free root canal re-treatment. The process seemed so scary to my daughter (who had a previous root canal done by another endodontist during Covid. My daughter never really felt comfortable with that tooth and my general dentist recommended we seek a second opinion to look at it. After taking X-rays, the Dr still couldn't give me a 100 percent guarantee that the pain was coming from the treated tooth and suggested a CT scan for an additional fee. Of course we need to find the root of the problem, so the CT Scan was able to show abscess in the area. Dr Halpern assured me, he would keep my daughter as comfortable as possible and wouldn't feel pain. They gave her laughing gas aka Nitrous Oxide and went right to work. A 45 min consultation and then 30 minutes to re-treat. Blazing fast and extremely gentle! My daughter came home with a little goodie bag that included a cute chubby chapstick and some Advil. They recommended some kind of smoothie or soft foods to avoid biting her cheeks and then some Advil in case she needs it. Some discomfort lasted a few hours as the numbness was wearing off but she was back to normal after a few hours. Thank you again Irene for staying with my daughter the entire time and Dr Halpern for your gentle hands and kind demeanor. read more

Great service, CLEAN, very informative and calm. The environment is very nice. The people are polite.

I was in so much pain and hoped a visit to my dentist would resolve my problem. Turned out I have an infection inside my crown and had to see an endodontist, I was referred to several drs. they work with, but couldn't be seen until December. I couldn't wait that long, my pain and fear this infection could spread were overwhelming. I started looking up Endodontists in my area, I searched for doctors with great reviews, after a couple of calls I landed on Root 66 Endodontics and they could see me the next day. I had an early appointment, my pain was worse and I was seeing a doctor/office I had no history with, I was scared but desperate. I walked into the office and began to feel relief, it's a beautiful office and the staff is great. I thought I was going to have a consultation but to my surprise I was treated right away. I had no pain during the treatment, the process was explained at each step and before I knew it, we were done. I highly recommend Root 66 Endodontics and Dr. Karia, his knowledge and skills are top notch! Except for a follow up in 6 months, I hope his treatment means I never need to see him again, lol. I never want to have that kind of pain again. It's now more than 24 hours later and although I look like a chipmunk on one side, I am feeling better. For the first time in days I can touch my tooth without excruciating pain and feel like my infection will be cured when I complete my round of antibiotics. I never in my life had such pain in my teeth and don't know what I would have done without Dr. Karia and Root 66 Endodontics. Thank you so much for everything! read more

Dr. Halpern was AMAZING! My very sensitive child had had a traumatic experience elsewhere, and Dr. Halpern and his caring staff did so much to help her have a positive experience during our consultation. The whole team was kind, patient, and professional. Dr. Halpern took the time to thoroughly explain his recommendations to us; he was such an ethical professional. Although he did not recommend a root canal in this instance (yay!), I will definitely be back in the event any member of my family needs this service. read more

What a great place! Dr. Minna Chun is absolutely lovely. She performed a root canal on me; she was very efficient and the process was literally painless. She is extremely competent and also very kind. I would recommend her to anyone, especially someone who has a lot of anxiety about dental work. The front office staff is also excellent. Both Sandra and Karina helped me so much with cost estimates and insurance advice. I appreciate this office so much. They made my bad situation into something relatively easy and pleasant.
