Needed a root canal in a tooth that was part of a bridge and which also had a very tiny root. I was quite apprehensive not only about pain but also the possible destruction of the bridge. What a surprise! First, Dr. Silberman explained every step of what he intended to do and was so kind and gentle. Not one thing hurt! Not even one twinge of pain and the bridge was not damaged!! He let me know every step of the way what was going on and when I left, I felt I had been so well taken care of that I was embarrassed to have been so fearful. I had such a great experience with Rancho Endodontics; Leah quickly fit me in their already full booking for a consultation for my molar after it got filed down for a crown from a previous filling that chipped and had decay under it . The nerve just wouldn't stop hurting the pain was a 9/10 I had to take ibprofuen nonstop. Roe did a very thourough evaluation on me and I got diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis. Leah quickly again fit me in the schedule for a root canal as she knew how unbearable the pain was! I love the whole staff there they're so friendly, professional, and very trained. There's a reason they have such good ratings!! I've had 2 root canals done by Dr. Silberman and they were both great. I felt absolutely nothing through the entire procedure. They have tvs on the ceilings and you can wear headphones during the entire thing. The office is super clean and very nice and welcoming. Dr. Silberman made sure I was very numb before proceeding with any of the root canal. He even talked through the entire process before starting so I knew what the plan was. I have had 2 root canals before I found a Dentist that actually makes it a near pleasurable experience. Long root which went right into my sinusitis. This was a challenge because DAdrian Silberman had to go thru my crown on my canine tooth which was connected to my bridge. He did this artfully and I am so thankful. I am terrified of the dentist, and recently started on my health journey for all my teeth. I highly recommend rancho endodontics! I had a very painful issue with a tooth. Called my regular dentist, and got a referral to a few different local endodontic facilities. 1 couldn't get me in for a week, the other couldn't get me in for 3 days. Rancho got me in the same day, and contacted a local oral surgeon. They explained to the surgeon that I was in a great deal of pain, and the surgeon (Dr Pham, Temecula Oral Surgeon, also amazing). Let me just start by saying that I had a really good experience here at Rancho Endodontics. But 1st, the back story: I was having a lot of mouth pain that had kept me up all night, so I was running on zero sleep today. My regular dentist appt. ended with me getting referred out for a root canal (appt. was for mid-dec), rx's for pain meds I informed my dentist didn't work for the pain (same ones I took last night) and antibiotics (which I did need, but never went through the pharmacy). I came home still in a lot of pain, with no antibiotics and an appt. weeks away. I was not happy, so I called around trying to get a root canal asap. I was fortunate enough to speak with Leah (from front office) who not only got me an appt. for the next business day, but called me back when an availability came up and was able to get me in today. When I got to the office she recognized me right away and got me started on the process of checking in. She was welcoming, professional and concise, which I really liked. Shortly after, I met Josh (dental assistant) who was friendly and nice. He was professional on how he did my work-up (with the setup and my scans) and at the same time he made me feel comfortable (just by conversating with me and how he connects with his patients). Last, but not least Dr. Roe was sweet, knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy, and she got the job done. She had a calming voice that put me at ease, with eyes that smile even with her mask on. She was thorough regarding my condition and plan of care. But what I really loved about her was how earnest she was about meeting my needs and how she's quick to adjust the plan of care to meet those needs/concerns. In the end, I was able to get my antibiotics, rx's that will help with the pain and give me more time to choose whether I'll get 2 root canals or 1 root canal + implant. Needed an emergency consult for possible root canal. My Gen DDS said my tooth was not a good candidate for root canal and I just wanted a specialists 2nd opinion before committing to having oral surgery with extraction and implant. They got me in next day and spent quality time in my assessment and provided detailed explanations and patiently answered my questions; Never once did I feel rushed even though I know I was an add-on and it was the last day before they all went to holiday time off!
