On 8/11/26, I came in for a cleaning, and they did a great job taking care of me. I took my kid to their dental appointment today, 8/06/26. I'm checking on the ortho. Here are some updated pictures. The staff at Smile Creator are very friendly. They greet us all warmly and even have a small café at the front in case clients are thirsty. Plus, they give everyone a welcome bag. The Patient Coordinator at the front desk, Debora, gave us a quick tour, which was very kind. It made us all feel at home. The patient coordinator, Deborah, is here again. We arrived feeling tired, so they offered us some coffee, and the Thanksgiving tree is up. It makes us feel at home. I got my teeth cleaned, and my dental hygienist, Chelsea, handled my teeth with care. Also, every time I visit, they give me a little gift bag . My middle child was seen here today. Paid for a spot appointment at $95 dollars because I had pain. Without my approval they do a full xray. The clinician came in and said "we went ahead and did the full xray and it's only going to cost you $30 more". I did not approve this and was still charged the money. Then when discussing my treatment which was over 14k Gabby made it very uncomfortable when I said I had to speak with my wife. They have pure salesman tactics and the only way I got out was to higher power them. The next day I go in when they open at 10am to request my X-rays. I pay the $25 fee and was told they would be in my inbox by end of day. Lo and behold, I don't have them by midnight. I called earlier, no response, I emailed no response. The following morning I call and leave to get an update on my X-rays, no one answers. I leave a voicemail and still no response as I wrote this email, 4 hours after my last call. This place try's to make it seem like you are not in Perris which the glitz and glam, nickel and dime you then ignore you. They must hire sales people to recoup the money they spend on their client giveaway. read more

I've been coming to this dentist office for about 7/8 years and I absolutely love how clean it is and how friendly their staff is I haven't run into any issues at all with them . My children as well get seen with them and they're always looking forward to their goodie bag at the end of their visit which usually consist of a new toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and a small little gift toy. I'll like to add that they're exceptional with reminding you about your upcoming appointment they send text reminders and calls that way you won't forget to miss your appointment that works well for me because I forget a lot of stuff and that makes it a lot easier for me I appreciate that so much from them as a busy mom. I found Smile creators through my dental insurance network. My husband visited them before I did. He came home with a GIFT from them. An Insulated tote bag, a glass water flask, and a chapstick! HELLO! All essentials! He kept saying how friendly and hospitable they were, so I gave a try. The "waiting room" isnt huge, but its also never been crowded and ive been here PLENTY times and different times. They have cold water available and an air purifier running , plus a movie / tv playing. The greeting staff is so friendly. They gave me a tour, asked cute questions to get to know me. Did an amazing job at explaining dental plan and why I needed their recommendations. I had the work dine and bot once did i feel anything at all, during or after!! Need to invest all the money and time they use for contests in an experienced competent insurance/billing clerk. Second year in a row they claim we don't have benefits and have to pay more out of pocket more than quoted. I personally had to have my insurance call them on three way last year because they are incompetent. Unfortunately I'm stuck due to ortho. The dentists and hygienist are great BUT the constant insurance issues make me feel like I'm being taken advantage of. It's been over a week since I asked for clarification into the increase in my monthly ortho payment and still cant get an answer. Sadly, I will not be switching my other family members to this office thankfully we have another dentist in Corona (I'd rather make the drive) who has never had an issue with confirming insurance in the 15 years we have been with him. read more
