The Dentist that took care of me told me he had to pull a tooth, and I asked for him to put a stich in there, he said yes he would, came down to it that when he pulled it he said it does not need it and walked out. I tried asking the Dr a question and I did not understand what he was staying so he told his worker to explain it and walked out as if he did not have time to help me understand what was going on. I was a number to him a pay check not a person. He was rude nasty and did not do what I wanted. I am one of those people that at the old age of 64 still freak out with shots and they seen how upset I was over it, that Dr. Never made me feel at ease at all. I will never go there again and I will make sure I let everyone I know for them not to trust them. DO NO GO TO THEM!!

I would give zero stars if I could. My father has been visiting this dental office for several…read moremonths. They provided him with a treatment plan, and he paid upfront using a credit plan. However, they constantly canceled his appointments, claimed to have worked on a tooth they actually did not, and still charged him. What was supposed to be a two-month treatment ended up taking over six months. When he requested a refund for the work that was not completed, the dentist or owner (unsure of her role) claimed that they had already lost time and money and therefore could not refund him. Despite this, some teeth were never treated, and they have repeatedly canceled appointments without notifying him. While unforeseen circumstances happen, this is unprofessional conduct for a dental practice. Additionally, he has requested his treatment plan and itemized receipts twice, but they have yet to provide them. We are now seeking legal assistance regarding this matter. This office has caused unnecessary frustration and financial loss. I would advise against going here -- it's a waste of time and money.
