The Dentist that took care of me told me he had to pull a tooth, and I asked for him to put a stich in there, he said yes he would, came down to it that when he pulled it he said it does not need it and walked out. I tried asking the Dr a question and I did not understand what he was staying so he told his worker to explain it and walked out as if he did not have time to help me understand what was going on. I was a number to him a pay check not a person. He was rude nasty and did not do what I wanted. I am one of those people that at the old age of 64 still freak out with shots and they seen how upset I was over it, that Dr. Never made me feel at ease at all. I will never go there again and I will make sure I let everyone I know for them not to trust them. DO NO GO TO THEM!!

However, when I came in for my appointment the inside is beautiful & clean, the staff is so welcoming, and they educated me on my dental hygiene. The inside is nice and modern, they have cozy chairs and massage chairs. There was a lady frequently checking and cleaning the restroom. Those things are important because the dentist can be intimidating so it's important to feel comfortable. The receptionist is nice, I think her name was Aracely! Linda was sooo sweet, she honestly calmed my nerves! She made me feel comfortable, and answered any questions I had. There was also another girl that helped me, I didn't get her name. She was younger with a bun, and she was also so nice. I went in for a consultation and when I was finishing to make my appointment the receptionist was helping me choose a time. Two other workers chimed in to give feedback and their opinion about my appointment. They were able to input their opinion without being rude or belittling the receptionist and to me that shows they have a strong team here, and they other workers are listening and paying attention. So 10/10 teamwork, I'd rather everyone working be in my business suggesting/offering their advice, than going with an appointment time that may not have worked out. I came in for a cleaning, I haven't been to the dentist in years. I also came in for composite bonding. Robin, was the one who did my cleaning and she has great hospitality. She educated me so much on my teeth, and how they were when I went in, and how to maintain them. She pointed out what my previous dentist didn't do correctly, and she gave me in depth reasons as to why it was done improperly and told me how it should be done and she did that for me. Very sweet lady ! And I didn't get the name of the man who did my bonding, but he was nice. During my consultation he gave me a brief explanation about composite bonding and what not to eat. I will say that there was minimal conversation about how I wanted my teeth, I thought they would ask me what my goals were or what look I was going for but they didn't. Before the procedure started I asked him if he could add length to my two front teeth and he said he could maybe add a little length. The procedure was pretty quick maybe an hour, my teeth were done very nice. I did have a breakdown in the car because I wasn't used to them yet tho. After the procedure, we took a quick look he said give it 48 hours then call if I wanted any adjustments or changes, that I can floss don't be afraid to floss like normal, and he left. Super brief convo, I didn't get any aftercare tips or what to expect or anything. So when I got home I was panicking because my front two teeth had no gap, no space to floss. I just assumed it was because it was still freshly done, but even two days later I couldn't get the floss between my front teeth. It's been about two weeks, I still can't get floss inbetween them as easy as my other teeth, I had to force it in between. Over all, great staff, great work

ITS…read moreGOING TO COST ME TRIPLE TO SOMEWHAT FIX THE DAMAGE THEY'VE CAUSED!!! when I had my initial consultation Dr. A never said anything about extractions. I started treatment in 2022 I had braces on for 3 1/2 years throughout those years I was seen by 4 different doctors one of them being Dr Partovi. One year later after starting treatment Dr. Partovi requested I had my two bottom first molars removed. Treatment continued my braces came off in August 2025. Not once was a mirror offered for me to see my results I felt something was off, I went home started doing my research and realized I had been botched.. I made an appointment for a reevaluation with the last Dr. I was seen by toward the end of treatment. I explained my concerns he pretended to evaluate my bite, which hadn't changed from two weeks prior when braces came off. He said he would be back, left the room and didn't have the kindness to return and explain the next steps instead he sent in the manager. A few weeks later they called me and said in order to keep me happy Dr agreed to put me back on braces for 9 months to fix my bite somewhat but to completely correct it I would need jaw surgery and with the condition for me to remove my pictures from another review my sister posted. I've had other opinions some say there's no fixing. I found one Doctor Who said they can fix it but how much we won't know until my teeth start moving. this has affected me so much.. please go elsewhere to get your braces DO NOT come here..
