The improvements I felt didn't even last the day. Between that and some deeper research I did into the nature of P-DTR, I decided it's not worth another try.

Long story long: My neck "goes out" about once a year and it's so painful I can't move, I look like Michael Keaton Batman. He has a warm and professional presence and really knows what he's doing.
