Found her through Groupon and the massage wasn't bad for the price. I planned on making another appointment and one for my boyfriend. She said she'd match the Groupon price for us without us buying through Groupon which was awesome because I needed regular massages but had to do it on a budget. She said she was just starting out and needed to build up a client base. A few days later when I go to book the next appointments (via text-which is the way she preferred) I double check about the same price and the story completely changed. She said she wasn't going to match the price and she was going to charge me $20 more and wouldn't accept a Groupon voucher for my second appointment. Long story short, she was very rude to me and I didn't book another appointment. Foot massage was very good! I was expecting to lay down since all the other foot spa's around are set up that way. Even though I sat in a chair, the massage was very nice. I liked that they incorporated water into half of the massage. I have nerve damage in my left foot and a clogged lymph - she told me that is you lightly brush upwards it will help relieve the swelling. I definitely love this place. I came in the first day with bad back spasm and Roshonda relaxed all the tight muscles in one session. It was amazing. Great first experience with massage! I gave this place four stars because I was not able to make a fast appointment however, I was informed of when the earliest appointment was available. I was a minute or two late and Ms Courtney text me to see if I was still coming. I was not sure where exactly the place was because the establishment wasn't equipped with a proper sign except for one small sign in the bottom of the banister. She greeted me at the door and I proceeded in. I have her my Groupon voucher and she roomed me and told me what to do. It wasn't long before she gave me a massage and lasted less than an hour (I'm going to assume because she had another person coming in at 5:45 and wanted me to get dressed before then??). Disappointed with the massage. It was more of a rub than a massage. Also nobody seems to answer the phone but you get a response if you email or text. I got lost when I went there and I called to get directions but of course it goes to voice mail. I don't text and drive. Parked, called - still voice mail. AMAZING massage. Probably one of if not the best massage I've ever had. I came in with left shoulder issues, and she worked meticulously on it, while still getting the rest of the body in. ZERO rating! I received a Living Social gift voucher for Valentines Day from my husband. I was so excited! Tried to book an appointment 6 times. Left phone messages, e-mail messages and even tried to book on-line. Next to impossible to get an appointment! The on-line appointment can only be done if you want to give them your e-mail password or Facebook password & allow them to have your profile info & contact list. That was suspicious! Viewed calendar, chose an appointment day & time, immediately e-mailed my request and received a e-mail saying the appointment was already booked. Checked the calendar again and the appointment was still there. So tried a different date & time, e-mailed & left a voice mail. Same results, was told that appointment was taken. So I called again and requested a phone call to VERBALLY book an appointment. I received a telephone last night from Roshanda at 9:45 pm. It was very hard to communicate with her because there were loud screaming kids in the background and I did not have her full attention. She again said the appointments that I requested were already booked, so I chose another time. I told her I had a Living Social voucher and it was already paid for. She asked for a credit card number to secure my appointment. I was not going to give her my credit card information, I just wanted to make an appointment. She said if I didn't give her a card number, I could not make an appointment. Unfortunately this whole experience was uncomfortable and seemed like a scam. So, I am calling Living Social and requesting a refund and alerting them of a possible scam. I will not do business here & I would like others to be warned. read more

Horrible customer service! I have a Groupon voucher and wanted to schedule an appointment. I had to wait 3+ weeks to get an appt. However, I noticed if you don't have a voucher you can get an appt right away. Why should it matter if you have a voucher or not?? I finally got an appt with Courtney and she cancelled on me a few hours before my scheduled time. I had to reschedule and the only availability was another 3+ weeks. Courtney is SO talented. I just received my first massage from her and it was awesome; one of the best I've ever had. She immediately and instinctively went right for the bad spots and worked out some of the crunchies. The hour flew by and I can't wait for my next appointment.
