Vexus Fiber. Our internet service went down for 2 days (2/17-2/19 of 2022) in the Lubbock area. When we contacted Vexus they stated it was a company wide issue and their entire customer base was affected. Vexus stated they would be issuing a credit for the disrupted service. Customer service support stinks. My internet has stopped working completely hours ago and the phone number for help is overloaded. I cannot get through. Tried for over two hours. Automated response suggests going online to report problem. How do I do that with no internet? read more

I've called in for two months. No answer. They ask to schedule an automated callback. Done that 5 times. No call. Have submitted an online form twice requesting a call back. None. The cable from the alley to my home through the backyard has unburied itself. I need a technician. Credit on my bill. And a lower rate that is advertised that also increases my bandwidth. read more

They've been bought out by Vexus Fiber. They have no idea what they're doing. I sent them a message through Facebook messenger to see if I can get internet with them at my new apartment when we move at the end of January. I provided the entire new address, including the apartment number. I was told yes, that they do provide internet at my new apartment complex. Apparently it was a lie. Apparently they only offer internet to the office of our new apartment complex but not the apartments themselves. read more

I would give them two stars because they are getting bashed left and right on line. At least they showed up on time. The individual that worked in my yard left screws and cut zip ties all around the area that he/she worked. Makes me wonder what their house looks like. Other than my son stepping on a screw and my dogs chewing on zip ties the job was complete. Some people care about their property. The last three comments have left one star. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received. The representatives who answer the phone are very courteous and attempt to be helpful. However the department who needs to handle my account can never be reached and refuse to call me back. I have tried to reach them 5 times over the past week and have yet to speak to anyone. I'm told my equipment has been waiting for scheduling since 7/10. read more

NTS could not be a worse company. They could try, but they would not be successful. Everything from their service to their support is awful.

My phones lines at my business have been down for over a week. All a caller gets is a busy signal. That means I can receive no phone calls, no messages, no faxes. This has really damaged my business. When I call for technical support I do not get to talk to a person. I am told to leave a call back number and someone will contact me. Oh, wait, I cannot receive calls. I'll start off with some quick facts, and then lay out a clear and concise overview of why you SHOULD NOT CHOOSE NTS for your TV service. Quick facts: -I had NTS TV and internet for three years, 2012-2015 -I live in Brownfield, TX -Period of TV service interruption: Mid January through Mid March, 2015 -I continue to have the internet service without any major issues In January, 2015, my TV picture started to randomly freeze, which would last anywhere from 1-20 seconds. Thinking it was just a minor inconvenience, I would change the channel back and forth quickly, and the problem would stop for maybe 15-20min. As the days past, the picture freezing issue became worse and worse to the point where our weekly shows that we'd always DVR to watch (ex. The Walking Dead on AMC), would have large gaps of the program missing. Pretty anticlimactic and annoying for obvious reasons. It then quickly turned into continual freezing for up to 15 minutes at a time, on any channel. I decided to contact NTS to report the problem on 2/24/15 and they agreed to send a tech to my house. *Spoiler alert--14 days, one on site tech visit, and 10 phone calls later, I was told by NTS that there was NO SOLUTION to the problem. I spent much of my time speaking to both the 'Customer Care' dept. as well as the 'Tech Support' line, both of whom seemed completely unaware of what each side was going to do to resolve the issue. 'Tech support' informed me the freezing problem I was experiencing (which NTS had been aware of in our area for several months) would continue and that there was no solution. They also could not give a basic timeline as to when there ever would be a solution. 'Customer Care' suggested that I should just continue with my service, as is, and they might have an answer in a couple weeks. Pretty unbelievable in my opinion. Perplexed as to why I would continue paying for TV service that did not work, I then told NTS I would be forced to look for other TV service providers. NTS could not offer me a working product, as well as lacking working knowledge of their own service. The day after canceling my service and returning all the equipment, NTS called to inform me that I had setup the easy pay option, and would continue to be auto drafted the TV charges for the next two months. They asked me if I wanted to continue being charged for the TV service. I then asked the lady on the phone whether this was a serious or comical question. NTS: "This is NTS communications...we see that you canceled your TV service with us, just wanted to check with you and let you know you are going to be billed for the next two months for TV service, would you like us to stop that auto payment or leave it as is?" Me: (dumbfounded but kind of laughing to myself as I replied) "Umm... no thanks, please do not charge me for the next two months for TV service that I no longer have." NTS: "Ok, just wanted to check with you first before I stopped the auto draft for the TV bill." Hopefully this review helps someone, and to let them know there are better options out there for a TV service provider. read more

Ill start by saying that the Internet that I had installed from NTS is awesome and incredibly fast. Very well priced and in all a great product from them. What makes them less than perfect is that it took me nearly 3 weeks of arguing with them on the phone that they service my neighborhood. They kept telling me no, saying that there computer system says they don't service my area. My neighbor was receiving service from them so little did they know. They were supposed to call me back 3 times and failed to do so. For a communications company this is sad! They don't even know where they service. Luckily they were my last option for internet so they were able to keep my business. If I had another option at the time I would have looked for alternatives. read more

I cannot believe that a company with customer service this poor can even stay in business. In mid-November, I called in to inquire about high speed internet service and was told that service was available in my neighborhood. Happily I signed up, gave all of my personal info, opened an account and received confirmation that service would be installed and I would be contacted within the next couple of days. I also purchased a router and notified my existing provider of my intention to cancel...and then... NADA. Never heard anything from them again. I called a week later and was told that a "couple of days" was in actuality... 14 days... not including weekends. The customer "service" person said they could not give me any info, I would have to talk to the sales person that signed me up. So I sent Kristi Leal an email... and then called and left a voicemail when she didn't respond. and waited... and waited. At 11 days (the 14th day fell on a Saturday) I called customer "service" again... and was told they could still not give me any info, I would have to talk to sales. I left another voice mail for Ms. Leal to which she did not respond. So I called and asked to speak with her supervisor. At this point, I was informed that my service ticket had been CANCELED... seems they didn't provide service in my neighborhood after all. I was able to return the router I had purchased but it did end up costing me $9.29 to do so. An amount that NTS apparently does not feel they have an obligation to make right. In retrospect, it was a small price to pay to not get involved with such a poorly run company. I'm glad I didn't risk my job/business on a company with such dismal ethics and horrendous customer service. I can honestly say that a company like this makes Sudden Link look great. I have been with NTS for many years but as the years go by their service gets worse. First thing is the fact their rates go up without a warning. Second just before I had their service cut off I had a service man who informed me that the reason my tv would not "setup" was because of the brand. I was having to use two remotes to operate the tv. His remarkes as he left was "just get use to using two remotes" Next service was able to "setup" all of my tvs. read more

Now an absolutely worthless company! I was a loyal customer for close to 20 years. After several face-to-face visits to their headquarters, I STILL couldn't get them to resolve my issues. My service was down or extremely slow for weeks! The people I spoke with couldn't even get an internal response. Literally nobody home on the tech support or customer service lines during prime times on weekdays! Won't even queue, just rings continuously. Complete apathy when you do reach someone and I was extremely polite and patient! No follow up, not even a hint of real concern or anything resembling a desire to help. Sending an email to others apparently counts as resolution for these people! Insane that I gave them so many chances. I would probably still keep them if they would only make good on their multiple promises to fix my issues that they agreed we're severe issues. My equipment is so old - they were AMAZED and obviously dumbfounded (the only real emotional response I was able to evoke!) that I was still on such ancient equipment. How is 6 Mbps down and 2 Mbps up for you?!? Thanks for nothing! Sad that this is the best a local provider can offer. What a joke! read more

The WORST customer service EVER!!! I had a business account with NTS for several years, I changed addresses and It took over 3 months for them to get lines and service to my new location. My struggle began the end of Sept 2015. Service finally re-established in Jan 2016. I paid every month , although I did not have service. They told me they would credit me for 3 months, I got one month credit in Feb 2016. I made several attempts to work out issue, I spoke with Dillon Ledbetter and Willie multiple times. Every time I spoke to them they assured me the issue would be resolved and they would call me RIGHT back. I NEVER got return call as promised. Every time I tried to call them to follow up I was placed on hold for at least 20-30 minutes. I finally switched to another provider. and even tough they owe me a credit for two months they sent me a bill for $16.10. read more

NTS customer service/Tech support is really awful. It is never their problem when it is clearly their problem. Everytime when the service is down, they want to charge you to come out and look at the problem. I never except the service. Miraculously a couple of days later the service is up and running. They lie about the pricing and never fix your bill. The service is always going out takes weeks to get it fixed. I don't know how people could run a business with this company. Worst customer service. All in all I would rather use dial up then go with this company! read more
