Not Happy with the promised timeline and webpage quality. Very unprofessional images posted on the webpage and that was supposed to be the final result. All had to be replaced in house and costed employee time and effort away from more important tasks. We had no other option because they couldn't figure out what when where. Your Web Pro didn't present any sense of urgency or willingness to finish the project. Will not work with these people ever again. They are nice and all, but lack the ability to close and don't have the skill to deliver a good quality product. Also, they wont work with you and are not negotiable even after what was supposed to take 3 months tops, took a year. Again, Zero Urgency and Zero effort to move along, as if it was totally normal. Not professional, especially after a zoom call with a staff member that was done in a kitchen with a lot going on in the background. Do yourself a favor and get a real web company. Lesson Learned and totally my fault for sticking with them that long in hopes of getting something for the thousands of dollars paid for promises and false ability. Based on multiple vendor comments who have seen the webpage, we could have done much better with certain other companies for less money. read more

Finally on June 1st after numerous emails pestering them to finish our site, the site was launched. Normally that would mean the end of our issues but we had more problems after the website launched than leading up to it. After 3 weeks of contacting them, our website still does not work on certain browsers and the entire process has just been draining and frustrating. Despite taking 6 months longer than promised due to their lack of effort, they attempted to charge us more for the time extension and tried to charge us for every little detail. We used Primitive Social once and will never waste our time on them ever again. Save yourself the time, money, and energy and don't make the same mistake we did.

Before I switched to Your Web Pro, I worked with a web developer that charged a substantial amount per hour to make changes to my website. At the time, it was the only company I could find that would develop the kind of sophisticated website I needed to run my business. My old web development company was an excellent company with large customers like Microsoft, but they treated me like "the little guy" and put my business on the back burner when it came to maintenance or service. When I found Your Web Pro, my business changed for the better. Steven developed a website that is so much better than the one I had, and the monthly maintenance contract was exactly what I needed for the ever-changing needs of my website.
