We hired David Perez to do a concrete job for $8,500, and unfortunately our experience after the…read morework was completed has been extremely disappointing. During the project, his crew busted one of our sprinkler lines and also cut our internet line. We immediately brought the sprinkler damage to his attention, and we were assured that someone would come out that same day to repair it. No one ever showed up. Since then, we've reached out three more times, and each time we've either been ignored or received no response at all. At this point, he's completely stopped communicating with us and has made no effort to fix the damage his crew caused. Mistakes can happen on any job, but what matters is how it's handled. Instead of taking responsibility, we were given empty promises and then completely ghosted. The lack of communication, false assurances, and refusal to make things right have been incredibly unprofessional. After spending $8,500, we expected quality work and accountability. Instead, we were left with damaged property, unanswered messages, and a contractor who refused to stand behind his work. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

I have had the best experiences using Griffin's! My Grandmother had a flat roof and there was one…read morespot that no matter what we did it still leaked. We had multiple contractors come out and "fix" it with no success. The owner of Griffin's came out and took the time to really get to the source of the problem, unlike the other guys that just came, did something, and left us with a bill and a leaky roof. He actually took the time to explain to me and my grandmother why the roof was leaking in that spot, why the other fixes never worked, and the all of options that we had to remedy the problem. With their guidance and expertise, we felt like we were able to make the best decision for her within her budget. Once we made a decision, they quickly got the job scheduled and completed! Now no more leaky spot! Not long after, I experienced hail damage and leaks on my own home and immediately called Griffin! They took care of my roof with the same level of professionalism and respect. When you work with Griffin you feel educated and comfortable with your decisions. Would recommend them to anyone!

They did a HORRIBLE job on my roof and because of it, ruined my soffits and outdoor security lights. They refused to come and fix them, because they said I hadn't paid in full (I did and I have the paperwork to prove it). They took care of the full fence removal and haul off, poured new concrete footings, and built a board on board fence with three metal gates. The crew works like a family and it shows in how they handle the job and treat people. They kept downtime to a minimum, cleaned everything up well, and the stain turned out great with no drips on the concrete. One thing that stood out was how they worked with our neighbor while the fence was down. That kind of consideration goes a long way. No deposit upfront, and they followed through on everything they said they would do. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a fence in Lubbock.
