I also noted that the actual screen mine was replaced with was very cheap- plastic like, not even close to the quality of the original. I also purchase a otterbox from Walmart. I drop my phone a week later and it cracks my screen straight across from about a three foot fall. I wouldn't normally leave a review considering I did drop my phone. However when I am charged double over other competitors for a lower quality repair that cannot withstand a common fall for most people, then that's when I feel like a fool. I called and spoke to the manager Juan and he told me he could waive my activation fee if I go to him! So on I came into the mail and went to the Kiosk which he was not there so a girl named Stephanie walked over to me after 10 minutes of her standing there speaking to another girl who worked their and once I told her what I wanted she said okay and walked away from me! I had to follow her around to tell her I wanted to add a line and picked out the phone and man, this is when things went to bad customer service to the worst! Also, the online tracking stopped working and Verizon says they can't do anything about it. Verizon is the least helpful they have ever been to the point where they won't even give us their supervisor and customer service doesn't even want to do the job the signed up for. Don't use Verizon, they literally are so stupid and don't know anything they are doing and will not help you at all.
