I want to give a positive review but I cannot. I had my Ipad repaired thinking that it would be pretty inexpensive which it was however a month later the screen was back cracked . The Ipad was never dropped nor had any accidents after repair. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do but not as for a repair in the future. This is a very dissapointing experience. read more

My 2014 Focus has a difficult battery to replace, owing to it being 60% under the dashboard, but Dylan got in there, got it out, and popped the new one in like it was nothing. Horrible products and customer service. They replaced my phone screen and a month later the screen goes black. My phone was not dropped it was just sitting on a table. The very rude employee told me that I would need to buy a new one and they could not just replace it. Their products are less than subpar and they will not help you when their cheap defective products leave you without a way to contact anyone. DO NOT get your phone "fixed" here it will only cost you more money and time. read more

Magnifique! Needed a new battery for my iphone 5s so I could survive until the X becomes generally available. I watched battery replacement vids on the web and it looked like a real headache to do the job. So I called BJ and was assured that it was no big deal and they could do it in 20 minutes. Went over and was helped by friendly and as I found out very competent young fellow Matt. 20 minutes?, nah, took him five. The work area is behind a counter out front so you can watch them as they work. He had specialized tools and explained the process as he progressed. Bingo! Very disappointed with my last visit to Battery Joe, I brought my phone in for a phone screen repair and dropped it off. I got a call the next day saying the phone couldn't be fixed, so I come back to receive a totally different phone that wasn't mine. I obviously returned it directly after stating that it wasn't my phone, after making a couple of calls they realized that they had given my phone to someone else. This was no big deal and I completely understood a silly mistake, but the lack of effort to fix the problem was very un-Battery Joe like. I was just told to wait around phoneless until the person came back with my phone. No effort to give me a temporary replacement phone or even a simple discount from the store. After waiting 4 days I finally got a call to come pick up my phone, and they could not have cared less about my major inconvenience they caused. A simple "sorry about that man" was what I received from the worker. Not one word from the manager that I had spoken to previously and better yet they decided to put the old broken phone screen back on the phone. Something that I probably would've been willing to pay for so I wouldn't be scratched with glass bringing it to be fixed at another location. I could not have been more patient through this process and I was sad that they would so easily overlook a mistake as such and move on knowing they had an unhappy customer. read more

Went here to fix my brand new iPhone 7 (which I cracked the screen), they fixed it for a cheap price and you get what you pay for. My phone after two days of having it completely shut off and will no longer turn on. Went there a total of 5 times for them to fix it and eventually they just gave up and made up some crap excuse.
