I finally asked him for a referral, and he referred me to a place 5 doors down from him called Fix in a zip, and they have my screen next day. Fix in a zip also looks like a professional shop, while CPR looks like a Bare Bones storefront, with a closed door backspace that doesn't breed confidence. However I approached the counter 45 minutes later not wanting to rush him, he says it will be another 15 minutes. Upon the completion of my repair the price comes out to $130, which was expensive but it's a Sunday and I wanted my phone. i pay an additional 20 for the gorilla glass screen cover. I also noted that the actual screen mine was replaced with was very cheap- plastic like, not even close to the quality of the original. I also purchase a otterbox from Walmart. I drop my phone a week later and it cracks my screen straight across from about a three foot fall. I wouldn't normally leave a review considering I did drop my phone. However when I am charged double over other competitors for a lower quality repair that cannot withstand a common fall for most people, then that's when I feel like a fool. I could have replaced it myself for a third the price and a sixth of the time. And next time, I will. That all being said, if business ever slows down over there, and shipping costs and times ever go back down, it's a good place with good service. They charge you a lot for labor, though.
