When I arrived at the store, they said it was only a 14 day return window, and they couldn't do a thing for me. So customers are left chasing answers between departments that won't take responsibility. After four decades of loyalty, this is how it ends: poor service, billing errors, and zero accountability. I shared my experience locally and found I'm far from alone--many others in my town of 11,000 are dealing with the same issues. There is no way in Hell I would ever recommend Optimum.
