Not flexible on scheduling a move. Basically a waste of time. Every time I sent an email asking for a day. I got a no.

These guys were the best! Hard working, polite, professional, reasonably priced. Would DEFINITELY recommend them and use them again!

The manager himself (Chris) ended up coming out to help move our items along with the other mover, Frankie.

I've used movers for a total of nine moves since 2006 and I can say - without a doubt - this was…read morethe most unprofessional group of movers I've ever encountered. I asked for a quote online and received a call that Rev7 would come to the house to assess. I mentioned I would be moving a lot of the boxes on my own. I have one bedroom, a refrigerator, w/d, living room furniture, and patio furniture. The man who came to my house stated they charged by the hour and provided me an estimate of over $1000 with 3 movers at 8 hours for a move of 11 miles. Keep in mind this is ONE THIRD of what I paid to move from Fort Worth to Lubbock. I went with them because honestly - no one else was calling me back with quotes for a move. The movers were supposed to arrive at 8:00 am, but didn't show until 8:15 am - remember, I'm paying by the hour. They arrived in a U-Haul and this was the first red flag - I've never used a moving company that didn't have their own trucks/transportation. Less than 30 minutes into the move, I noticed we'd "lost" one of the movers. Turns out he was taking a luxurious @#$%*$ in my bathroom for 10-15 minutes. I get it - when nature calls, you should answer. However, it is respectful if you're a stranger in someone's home to ASK to use the bathroom. Even my own family ASKS out of courtesy. Another mover was rather lackadaisical and wandered around watching videos on his phone unless he was specifically instructed to work on something. I heard him say something about how "this lady has that soft ****" in reference to my bedding (I think), which was rather creepy. One of the things that I felt slowed the move further was the fact that they wrapped a LOT of stuff in plastic. I've had movers do this with dressers and items with drawers so they don't move in transit. I've never had them wrap tables or the handles of my refrigerator that had been removed. Video Guy worked at unscrewing the base of my television for so long I finally told them to forget it, and I would move it. Everything was finally loaded into the U-Haul at 10:57 am to move to the other home - in my experience, with 3 movers and my household contents (especially since I'd moved a great deal of stuff myself and had broken down my king size bed), it should not have taken this long. Once at the new place, Video Guy gets out of the truck and says, "So - everything goes in the garage?" Ummm, no dude. Bedroom stuff goes in the bedroom, kitchen stuff in the..... I had post-its on the walls indicating where things should go, but they didn't pay much attention. My futon was placed backwards, facing a wall. When it was done and time for them to go, I was expecting to pay by card with a card reader or something. Instead, the "leader" told me to "sign or scribble or whatever" my name on three different screens of an old phone - there was no indication as to what I was signing. I asked him how much the move would be and it took him several minutes to give me an answer. He stated I'd get the bill in an email, which I did, though this was another red flag - what legitimate company doesn't use card readers or get payment upon services rendered?? When the email arrived, I replied by outlining all of my complaints. The owner apologized and discounted $113, but this move still ended up costing more than it was worth, especially in relation to the unprofessional staff and length of time of the move. In short, if you'd like a move done right - with professionals and courtesy - go with another business besides Rev7.

From the owner: It's time to pack up the boxes and load up the truck, but you don't have to do it alone. They did not provide an estimate in writing,…read morewhich I should have known was a sign that they are not reputable, but we went ahead with them because they provided a good estimate and we knew someone who used them for a move several years ago. This was a huge mistake. We had a terrible experience with them including major delays, $7k in damage to our belongings, lying about costs, and more. During the move, they kept asking us for more money and making it seem like we had to pay in order for the move to happen. They claimed that the truck we needed to rent would cost over $4200, when it cost $1500. They committed multiple violations of DOT regulations for interstate moves -- they did not provide an inventory or any paperwork, they did not weigh our goods, etc. They treat employees terribly: they did not give workers details of the trip in advance, they did not give them adequate money for fuel and hotels, they had them driving without breaks, etc. We heard one of the managers, Dawn, berating her employees (who were working hard and not doing anything wrong) over the phone while he was unloading our items. At one point, as our items had been delayed almost two days and the arrival of the trucks kept getting delayed further and further, we were sitting in our empty home in fear that our things would never arrive. They did eventually show up, but they overcharged us to the tune of about $10,000. When we raised our complaints about the poor service received and reported damages, Dawn's first response was "I'm out of the office for the rest of this week." By that time, we knew we couldn't trust her. She has now stopped responding to us. We will be reporting them to the FMCSA, the IRS, and anyone else we can, but what we most want is to save anyone else from throwing their money away. Do not believe a word they say. Hire literally anyone else.
