They're completely different products. Basically the guy I talked with actually knew what a 3ds is, he didn't call it an retro console or ask me what it was, and he was the one who would repair my 3ds to my knowledge. The bottoms screen's a little crooked, I don't know how I'll continue living. Lol. But it's all glass lcd, and it works better than ever. Since it's glass it responds to my fingers very well, it's an altogether more sensitive screen in my opinion. All he did was go to ifixit get the right part and install it. Couldn't ask for more.

I take them a brand new marine amp and still they find a reason to ask me to purchase up to two more amps from them because this 4 channel one is too big. Really? After driving into town and waiting 1.5 hours, after they tell me a finish time, I take the boat home (15 minutes later) to find that the stereo is cutting off and on. $272 later they say too bad, so sad. Would not recommend. Service recovery is a lost art.

He has a ton of high quality customers that come into our family restaurant and all say his work is amazing. Mike just installed my new Pioneer touch screen and I am in love with it. I think everyone should go into his shop and personally meet Mike Jones and his workers, they all care and love their work, and do there absolute best to keep their customers satisfied. Dont just read theses bogus reviews, take some time to actually meet the real experts. A lot of shops are out to get these guys with this bogus reviews. I was picking up some shirts my employer had ordered and I was warned that it had been a nightmare to get them ordered and to prepare for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised when it was a quick and easy pick up! Once we pulled the shirts from be bag we quickly just tore tags off and hung them up. When it was time to use the shirt we noticed that a white one had brown stains all over it (looked like dirt). I tried washing it with stain remover to no avail. I called the store and they said to bring it in. When I did they proceeded to politely argue with me about whether the stains were present when we picked the shirts up. To their credit, they do check each shirt for size and color before they put them all in the bag so I understand that it seems unlikely that a white shirt would leave the store with unnoticed stains. But it happened. The conversations were awkward because I was trying to explain that I knew for a fact the shirts had not been worn and that I was not the buyer anyways. I noticed tones of annoyance in their voices which made me uncomfortable. Eventually they brought the shirt back to me with a "pretreatment" that smelled so much of sharpie that I had to drive back with the windows down. I washed the shirt with the treatment and it did take some of the stain out but not all of it. I called again a day or two later and they said they would reorder if i brought the shirt back in. I appreciated that they did not argue with me BUT... As soon as I walked into the store the girl at front (same as the previous time if I remember) did not seem willing to honor the agreement made on the phone at first. She politely reminded me of the procedure of checking shirts before sending them out which I was fully aware of. They did end up taking it and stating that they would reorder. I tried to smile and speed politely but the employees I spoke with were not returning the love. It was uncomfortable at best. The shirts done properly did look nice and they did eventually make things right but I would not use this service for myself based on the two uncomfortable encounters I had. I understand mistakes and weird things happen but I would like to have been treated with more respect instead of suspicion and annoyance. UPDATE: 26 days later I called to check in the shirt and they said they had it. Going in to get it was easy and pain free. I was treated with courtesy and respect this time. Not sure how to feel after 2 nice and 2 not so nice visits.

In my opinion, the quality they bring to your home is top notch. Beginning with demonstrating equipment in the store, then tailoring a system to your personal needs and finally pushing the go button...they demonstrated product knowledge and technical expertise as well as the resources to bring it to fruition. At purchase and installation, they provided exactly what I expected. What I didn't expect...we had an equipment failure (cable went bad in the ceiling) when the system installation was probably out of warranty (8-12 mo.)...but it was never even brought up when I called. The fix required another component or two and some labor. They promptly fixed it...no charge. Kudos to Mike Waller and the guys at Hi Fidelity Lubbock!!
