We were having trouble finding the black label Cinch jeans as well as the right fit for a particular sportcoat. Two different staff members assisted us. I am unaware of the young lady's name as she came off as very modest, giving sales credit to the young man, Kash, who also helped us. (Very cool that Kash was named after Johnny Cash.) My SO wasn't satisfied with the cowboy hat selections, so we went elsewhere for that. Overall, this place has good Western wear selections at prices that are not completely outrageous.

Took hat to Cavender's, they steamed and creased it for free but I did tip the guy at the hat steamer $10 for his courtesy. Will buy my next one or other Western apparel from them from now on!!!!! My Justin roper boots were priced fairly reasonably and fit well, but could of got them, my hat, & hat band at Cavenders for the same or less price & not have to wait a week+ for it to come in from Dallas. Boot Barn...........Never Again!!!!!

They do not check on you in the fitting room even if there are few other customers in the store. As for the cleanliness of the store there is always a ton of dust bunnies and the clothes are always messy. Working in retail I expect better service from such a high end store.

I wish I got her name. I mentioned that I had a favorite style of shirt that they make and she just knew right away and directed me to where they were. She also brought out a rack of the latest shipment that wasn't put out yet, so that I could see the latest items. Bonus* it was a Torrid cash redeem day and BOGO 50% off. Super clean and stocked store with exceptional service. I'll be back next time in town, for sure (and really hope the same associate is working).

The customer service was second to none! A helpful employee actually fixed my necklace two times and I wore it out of the store. Another sales woman attached my necklaces to something that made wearing tiered jewelry so much easier to put on and take off! Bravo to BRIGHTON and their quality service! This Shoe Dept. Encore is next to the food court inside the South Plains Mall in Lubbock, TX…read more My daughters & I were here for back-to-school shopping on July 20, 2024. I wasn't a fan of their system for a few reasons: 1. There were no employees to greet us much less assist us with trying on shoes. 2. Most boxes had only 1 shoe, so when you were ready to check out the employee at the counter would go to the back to get the matching pair. I prefer to try on both shoes at the same time. Same with my kids. I understand they probably did this because they were losing money, but this was not convenient at all. 3. The checkout area was almost to the back of the store. It's a long trek when you have several boxes. My youngest daughter picked out a pair of Hello Kitty Heelys ($69.99) for her birthday from her uncle here. They're cool because the wheel is removable. That way she can wear them to school.

Went in with my wife and son and never was approached by a store employee, when I asked if they carried womens shoes they just laughed and shook their heads. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I guarantee my wife would out play everyone in that store, she hits from the whites so let's get it. Lastly, I take great offense that everyone in that store looked down on me and my entire family. We will never give our business to a bunch of low life's that act too good to do their job.

The get out vibes were strong, from the moment my mom and I walked in the guy at the counter seemed put off we were there and then made comments about us "being in the right place". I assumed it was cause we were women but after reading some other feedback maybe they are just annoyed by customers in general. But they didn't seem to bother the two guys much who came in after us. By the time we left additional employees had come from the back to stare at me while I was on the putting green looking at a putter, while asking me if I knew what I was even looking for and what the club was. Horrible experience I'll never go back! Hopefully, this isn't a sign of the local golf scene

As a sneakerhead, I've discovered heaven. Dope colorways for cheap prices. Yup, they are legit if ever you are wondering. You may see the shoes you love on Foot Locker and Champs and Finish Line for retail but when you visit FootAction, they may even be below retail. Visit this sneaker store before buying ANYWHERE because I swear, you'd miss a great opportunity here. Be quick, some of them are limited, too. 10/10 would buy kicks again here.

This review is purely about customer service as I did not actually end up purchasing any shoes. I…read morecame in looking for a new pair of ruining shoes. I have flat feet, so it's important to get the right pair fitted. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Chris. He asked what I was looking for and when I mentioned overpronation he knew exactly what I was talking about. I've been to other shoe stores where they have no clue about pronation, but Chris was knowledgeable about what someone like me would need. Unlike many salespeople, he didn't try to push the newest and most expensive pair on me. He offered me a pair of new Adidas ClimateCools based on what j was looking for. They were nice, but were a bit too tight near the front so I passed. He then suggested I go to Foot Locker for a pair of Asics that I was actually looking for. He could've easily done the hard sell, but instead he put the customer first and provided the sort of advice that most salespeople refuse if it costs then a sale. I may not have bought a pair today, but I will definitely be coming back in the future.
