You need to measure for your band size and then cup size. She squeezed the tape measure around my chest an gave me a 42 DDD. I've lost a lot of weight and so I tried that size and it was so tight it dug into my ribs, but she was adamant that it was the correct size and I asked her to see if they had a size bigger, they didn't.
