I decided that I didn't like a pair and asked to exchange them for another (equally priced) pair. The manager trainee was really rude and tried to charge me the orignal price of the shoe. I explained to him that I got the BOGO deal and shouldn't have to pay the regular price. He was clearly annoyed but adjusted the price. They didn't have the shoe I wanted so he said that I could order it and they would have it shipped. When I received the shoes in the mail, they were a size 9 in men's when I requested a women's 7. Fast forward 2 weeks. I brought the shoes back and asked to exchange them. He was still visably annoyed. They still didn't have the size I needed in stock so he said that they would order it again. Fingers crossed for getting the right size! They're BOGO deal is pretty cool, so two stars for that. 0 stars for the service.
