Although I realize that I'm nothing special, when I walked in the ladies made me feel as though a king had arrived. They are quite poised with each of them demonstrating a beautiful, sweet demeanor. If you're a male, they will offer as much help as you might need in choosing something special for your wife or significant other. Their eclectic inventory is of exceptional quality and appeal. After I had purchased the item that I had decided upon, it was placed into a very attractive gift-bag with pink tissue paper neatly placed on top. It's easy to give J. In the past they had to hide certain products, for whatever reason. Now they show them more openly, and if you want something special for your girlfriend or wife, or your boyfriend or husband, this is the place to get it. The staff is super friendly and knows what they are talking about. No I don't know if they tested it all. Even people that are unsure or shy, will get good help. On the first floor they have clothing for women, on the 2nd one, they have shoes and boots as well as a small selection for guys and there toy room, a room that has all kind of sex toys. This is almost as good as it can be in a city like Lubbock.

I made phone call after phone call to the business, but was never able to speak with the owner. The employee who answered the phone always had a reason why he wasn't available. We were assured time and again that the boots were almost done. We were told they would be done way before our son graduated in May 2025. As May 2025 approached we were assured they would be ready for us to try on when we were there for graduation. When we were in Lubbock for my sons graduation we stopped by the shop to check status of the boots. The owner was not around and his wife came out to talk to us, but didn't know the status of the boots and refused to refund us for the down payment we had made on the boots.
