When I emailed about them several times the owner or manager was rude and snippy, When I drove to pick up the shirts the young lady (obviously a student) was nice and apologetic, but could not help because they did not order enough shirts to fill paid orders what the heck. I contacted the store and manager Taelor returned my call the same day. She was extremely helpful and provided great customer service, as any Red Raider would do. They have expanded so much. I love that they have a mix of items. It's not just a clothing store. They have shoes, hats, home decor items, perfumes, makeup, Christmas decor, children's toys, etc. It's really a fun store to walk around. You honestly could get yourself into trouble. I wanted almost everything in the store! The girls that work there were incredibly kind and super helpful. I never felt like they were being obnoxious by following me around like in some stores.
