We paid for everything day of, and as for the ordered jacket, we paid for it there and were TOLD we would get a call and pick it up in about a week. My brother was told he could leave the rest of the clothes he bought there, that way when the jacket came in they could take any tailor measurements all at once. I then had to PROVE we didn't get the jacket, and after they FINALLY ordered the jacket, when my brother went to pick it up, they told him they didn't have anything else for him... After buying our clothes, they put it back on the shelves rather than holding it for his alterations. They acted like we already received our clothes, since we purchased them, and effectively told us to kick rocks. Only when I came back with EVERY SINGLE ITEM PURCHASED, and went through the receipt, and showed them how his items were not included in our haul, did they oh so reluctantly go grab my brother pants and an undershirt to go with his jacket, all of which had to be tried on and tested because his original stuff was not kept AT ALL. The employees throughout all of this were indifferent, and said "well, looks like you already got it" and then ran off to the back to not be seen for another 10 minutes.
