Unfortunately, it was too big so he had to go back and exchange it, but they did not have my size in stock so he went to the front desk and the ladies took his name address and the size that was needed and said they would ship it to the house. Well, two months later, there was no sign of any dress so I had reached out to the store to figure out what went wrong and if I was going to ever receive my dress. The owner of the store talk to me and told me that they don't do orders specifically for the brand of dress that I had so I wanted to know why they took his information down, knowing that they couldn't order the dress. The owner was really nice to me. He even offered me a refund without a receipt or anything due to the fact that I live all the way in Dallas and I couldn't drive four hours back just to get the situation taken care of. He refunded me the full amount which was very thoughtful and he took care of me throughout the whole process. I'm giving this place five stars just because of what the owner did, but the staff on the other hand was where the problem started and I don't know if it's because they were too busy talking to each other rather than actually helping people. I had been in that store twice just from when I had gone out and visited my boyfriend and both times when I was in the store, I felt like I was being judged and every time I looked over the associates were too busy chitchatting rather than helping people. Again, the owner of the store was very nice and very respectful and took care of me but for the staff, I'm not too pleased with their service of the other workers due to the fact that we had ordered a dress since they didn't have my size and turns out they never placed an order and for two months I waited and nothing happened until I reached back out.

This is the best Goodwill in the Lubbock area. The locations in town are always way too busy. This…read morelocation is always comparably low-key and I never feel like it's a competition with other shoppers to beat them to the best deal. About half of the store is clothing and the rest is home goods, books, toys, decorations, furniture, and such. I usually drop my donations off around back then pop into the store to look around. I rarely leave without something. My biggest gripe now for all such second-hand and thrift stores is that the prices have become somewhat outrageous. I should be paying much less for used clothing than I do for new. That gap has closed enough to make me think a little harder before buying things here.
