Even in Lubbock or larger places they're friendlier than these girls. Now, I am not in there for a conversation but they act as if it is a pain to have to wait on the customers. I've been there several times and it's ALWAYS the same. The manager needs to train the employees in manners and just plain old decent behavior. I have never complained on them before and have given them the benefit of a doubt many times and quite frankly I'm tired of being treated like I'm a nuisance. That's NOT good business. When I contacted the shop to express my upsetment about my order, I did receive a mediocre apology and a refund for the cup I didn't receive. I asked about refunding the $8 I wasted on shipping but was ignored. Terrible customer service online. I'm just so disappointed, I go out of my way to try to support small businesses but in the end I paid $19 for a cup that I could've paid $7 for on Amazon. Blessed Nest is a country style boutique sporting some Snyder Tigers clothing. Tara (?) was awesome. Very nice to see someone promoting this small little town with the passion she did. Wish Snyder had more cute shops like Blessed Nest where visitors can get more of the Texas experience and drop some money for the local shops and economy.
