The staff stated they'd give me a refund once they had an update from the post office. So they had my money, and literally said "I did provide the merchandise" which everyone agreed had never arrived. I pointed out that they could recover their lost funds from the post office since shipping is insured *for the shipper.* They wanted to keep my money in hand while they sorted that out. Then they asked if *I* had contacted the post office. Umm, I'm not eligible for anything with the post office for a package I didn't send and never saw! Lol. I've never heard of such a ridiculous business practice. They finally refunded my money when I got the better business bureau AND my post office involved. Spare yourself a lot of runaround and don't give them money in the first place. Shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately, it was too big so he had to go back and exchange it, but they did not have my size in stock so he went to the front desk and the ladies took his name address and the size that was needed and said they would ship it to the house. Well, two months later, there was no sign of any dress so I had reached out to the store to figure out what went wrong and if I was going to ever receive my dress. The owner of the store talk to me and told me that they don't do orders specifically for the brand of dress that I had so I wanted to know why they took his information down, knowing that they couldn't order the dress. The owner was really nice to me. He even offered me a refund without a receipt or anything due to the fact that I live all the way in Dallas and I couldn't drive four hours back just to get the situation taken care of. He refunded me the full amount which was very thoughtful and he took care of me throughout the whole process. I'm giving this place five stars just because of what the owner did, but the staff on the other hand was where the problem started and I don't know if it's because they were too busy talking to each other rather than actually helping people. I had been in that store twice just from when I had gone out and visited my boyfriend and both times when I was in the store, I felt like I was being judged and every time I looked over the associates were too busy chitchatting rather than helping people. Again, the owner of the store was very nice and very respectful and took care of me but for the staff, I'm not too pleased with their service of the other workers due to the fact that we had ordered a dress since they didn't have my size and turns out they never placed an order and for two months I waited and nothing happened until I reached back out.
