Great place to pick up a gift or a fun shirt or jacket from one of the vendors here. A nice convenience us this small town.

I purchased one of their hog traps for a depredation permit. Their traps are horrible, rusting…read moreafter just a year and I've personally seen hogs jump out of the trap. No cover as an option. Contacted them for additional help and they just blew me off. Waste of scrap metal.

EQUIPMENT IS NOT SAFE and SALESTEAM ARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…read moreWe paid $3650 for a elevated stripping chute. We also bought along with it, 2 lead up and a 90' corner. when we finally got our equipment delivered, the failed to leave the parts to connect and set the equipment up. I had to meet the driver over an hour a way to get the parts as the driver was not given a "list", just bags with addresses on them. Now to the equipment: We had issues with the butt bars in the lead ups continually being popped out by the steers and getting jammed. the stripping chute has rubber or plastic on the floor. The steers always are scrambling on it. We had one steer scramble, fall down, end up with her horns out the side on the butt end and her hooves up in the air out the side in the front. When we got her out we found that she had cut her hoof right in the middle. We counted it as a freak accident. Have lost 2 months of using her at our roping jackpots. Still mending. 2nd accident in stripping chute- at the end of a jackpot as a steer jumped up into the stripping chute it crashed into the front. The volunteers removed the rope from her head and as they let her out saw that she was gushing blood from her front shoulder. Vet had to be called and stitch her up. We found the parts holding the front gate to be sharp on one side. This was further confirmed when the vet was stitching her in the stripping chute, her face was pressed against the sharp part, it is so sharp that it started cutting right under her eye. We placed a glove between to stop further injury. I emailed Redriver and right away was replied to from Trisha, one of the owners. She was very concerned and willing to make it right. She offered for a replacement, or replace with the other chute or a FULL REFUND. I was willing to replace with the smaller chute, figured it would have to be safer since there feet would be on the ground. I sent picture per her request of the sharp part in the chute. Then I got a call from the original sales guy, Jacky. He told me that there was no way the steer got cut on the part that I sent in a picture, he was very dismissive and basically said he didn't believe me. He wanted a better picture. I tried to explain to him that the picture isn't going to show how sharp it is. I went and took another photo. Then I get a call from a second salesman, he was even a bigger jerk then the first one. He told me that there was no way that part could be sharp because of how they manufacture their pieces... and he said if it really happened on it, why was there no blood in the picture. Our roping was on a Saturday morning, we had so much heavy rain that night I had to cancel an event the next day. He then tried to tell me that we weren't using the chute as it was made to be used.... when we had her tied in it for the vet to stitch her. My issue wasn't about her cutting her eye, the eye being cut was further validation of that particular part being too sharp! He still didn't want to believe or admit the steer was injured in the chute. I told him I had witnesses that I could get statements from, he said until I send statements he was "out". I sent the first statement, stating that she saw the steer go in (she was one driving them into chute) and she watched it in the chute and she watched it start gushing blood as it was leaving the chute. He emailed me that I could have a "full refund", and sent the address where to ship. i am already out 2 steers, a vet bill and now I have to pay about $1000 in shipping. I emailed for the weight, in which NOW he says they are charging a 15% restocking fee and will deduct from any damage! I either get an attorney or get stuck with this piece of crap dangerous equipment and risk further injury to my steers!
