Replicas or "knockoffs" are sold in the store which makes me think they may not know how to authenticate their designer items. Service is ok, they seem helpful. They've always taken my old fixtures, light bulbs, and other home repair related items without much question. The employees are all always friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the prices in the store are typically outrageous on furniture that is barely above junk status. I've never bought anything here, and until prices go down or quality comes up, I don't see that happening.
