We came here in mid-September (2025) for supplies for my daughter's science project. Aside from one staff member who greeted us and later asked "Are y'all ready to check out?", we weren't asked if we needed assistance let alone acknowledged by the other employees. That lone employee, however, acted like she was going to check us out then led us to a self-checkout. Even my daughters noted this. Lol. The self-checkout screen & scanner was not particularly easy to use... it was dreadfully slow that morning. Fun Halloween decor on display. The Halloween decor was fun and the miniature scenes were my favorite. The possibilities of how to create decor with the flowers/vase/pictures are endless. We did ask about a DIY frame build which was only available online. The team members were pleasant and helpful. Loved this flume tree and the cost of $80 was above my price range soooo, will be looking to see if there is a DIY option.

My organization, which is NON-PROFIT and fundraises for children with cancer,…read morebought some backup costumes here in case the ones we had ordered did not come in time for our event. We made sure to ask the store employees and confirm that we could return them. They told us that we should not worry, that if we brought it in 30-day, unworn, in the bag, and with the receipt as proof, they would accept the return. We came to return the costumes today, only 11 days later and they told us we can only exchange, not return. Apparently, they had a policy change last week and, therefore, WE should have known that. How?! We were told multiple times and with confidence that we could return with no problem. However, they said sorry and that was a common issue that their employees were spreading false information. How is that OUR fault? As a respectful company, they should have stuck to their word and owned up to their employee's mistakes. Either by letting us know about the policy change prior to our purchase or by accepting the items. We would have not purchased it if they had told us the right information. We have no use for these costumes or anything they sell. It was hundreds of dollars that we are now having to spend TWICE, which was not in our budget. Ridiculous and disrespectful.
