We came here in mid-September (2025) for supplies for my daughter's science project. Aside from one staff member who greeted us and later asked "Are y'all ready to check out?", we weren't asked if we needed assistance let alone acknowledged by the other employees. That lone employee, however, acted like she was going to check us out then led us to a self-checkout. Even my daughters noted this. Lol. We did ask about a DIY frame build which was only available online. The team members were pleasant and helpful. Loved this flume tree and the cost of $80 was above my price range soooo, will be looking to see if there is a DIY option.
