Happened to me. I went to return a pair of pricey shoes that were coming apart and expected my money back. Not so, they gave me a store credit. I was told no refunds. It's not stated on the receipt and the girl there couldn't even find the sign that says so. She finally found it behind some displays on the counter. So..........BUYER BEWARE! If you don't want to leave your hard earned money there make sure you really want what you are about to purchase. Oh, and by the way, your store credit is only good for a year.
