Before the app disaster, the Marcy Dr location was really good with their pick up and delivery services. I'm that person who always tries to checkout with a human being if I go in person. They do a really good job of putting the friendly and knowledgeable workers at the cashier checkouts. Usually they have about 2 of these. Having a friendly face who knows how to be neat and carful when bagging my groceries makes up for some of the hassle of not having the online features working.

Even though all the lights are on and there's employees in the store, they shouldn't have called me and said to come get my prescription. very unprofessional Walgreens. If you plan on getting your prescriptions, plan for at least a one hour wait in the drive-through,…read moreminimum. It takes over 10 minutes between each car. So if there are five cars in front of you, you're looking at one hour minimum it's usually about 12 minutes per car, this is definitely by far the worst slowest pharmacy that I have ever encountered. It's almost like they hand manufacture your medicine when you get to the window. However, when you get to the window, they don't even come to the window until five minutes later, and then come back five minutes after that with your prescription, it's absolutely ridiculous and for as many drugstores as there are around this area, there is no reasoning for this nonsense. I have been to quicker funerals than this pharmacy line. It's ludicrous, absurd and maddening. They need to fire, everyone involved, put them all on a rocket, and launch them at the sun.it is the worst of the worst. I think I could get my medication quicker from Mars. I'm 75 years old and had a stroke. Withdrawal would literally kill me. But, in CVS' s all encompassing wisdom, the pharmacy in this town will not give it.
