Huge mirror, consistent hot water, no time limit, soap, towel, washcloth, and mat provided, oscillating fan, full size toilet for guys, outlets. Holy Jesus what a beautiful thing. Lost one star because essential hygiene products were slim and shower slippers or flip flops or basic shirts, socks, and underwear were not available. You can grab a bite to eat and watch the game in the lounge until your ahower is ready and do your laundry here too! The people are super friendly and it's totally worth the 12 to 15 bucks. I wish these were all over California, especially in the SF Bay Area, but until then I'll be here in West Texas making as much as I can so I can afford to leave.

I contacted the mobile shop at 9 PM on a Saturday night requesting a service call. They immediately drove 25 miles to meet my daughters and evaluate What was wrong with the car. The person I spoke to quoted me $150 for a service call and told me that if the car needed to be towed, there would be no additional charge. I was very surprised with the fair pricing given the predatory Environment in most towing businesses. when they arrived, they told me that the radiator had a crack and it would need to be replaced. He gave me a very fair quote for the repair and told me that he would tow the car back to the shop and wait for parts. On Monday he contacted my daughters letting them know that he was trying to get the car done by 6 PM so they would have it back. my daughter's contacted me at around 10 PM Monday morning, letting me know that he had driven the car back to UTPB and was downstairs. He provided me with a link to pay for the repairs and the quote that he gave me was exactly what he charged me in the transaction. I would highly recommend this service and will give them a five out of five for customer service, price, integrity, and quality of repair. Even though I was five hours away in Dallas, he made no attempt to "up charge "or unfairly charge me for the work performed. He even gave my daughters. The paperwork for a warranty on the replaced radiator. I am very pleased!

Told me he had an engine ready for my suv over amonth ago and that was the last I heard from him, my ins was ready to pay but he never contacted them. Then today a tow truck shows up and drops it off in front of my house and said the ins didn't want to pay. My ins had the check ready and I had my deductable ready to but, at least i know where my suv is now. All he had to do was call and say he couldn't fix it and not waste my time. On to the next shop.
