We were assured time and again that the boots were almost done. We were told they would be done way before our son graduated in May 2025. As May 2025 approached we were assured they would be ready for us to try on when we were there for graduation. When we were in Lubbock for my sons graduation we stopped by the shop to check status of the boots. The owner was not around and his wife came out to talk to us, but didn't know the status of the boots and refused to refund us for the down payment we had made on the boots. If you are considering placing an order for boots from this shop, don't. You will put a large down payment on a product you will never see.
