Sammy assisted me with my ordering, provided information and corrected the issue immediately. She noted that my order was available from the warehouse and gave details on arrival to the store. Pricing was competitive and reasonable. I'm always happy shopping with this location and scrub store. I've been shopping with them since 2004. They have every color, brand, and style. They even work with the local hospitals or facilities for payroll deduction services. I wasn't a fan of their system for a few reasons: 1. There were no employees to greet us much less assist us with trying on shoes. 2. Most boxes had only 1 shoe, so when you were ready to check out the employee at the counter would go to the back to get the matching pair. I prefer to try on both shoes at the same time. Same with my kids. I understand they probably did this because they were losing money, but this was not convenient at all. 3. The checkout area was almost to the back of the store. It's a long trek when you have several boxes. My youngest daughter picked out a pair of Hello Kitty Heelys ($69.99) for her birthday from her uncle here. They're cool because the wheel is removable. That way she can wear them to school.

I assumed it was cause we were women but after reading some other feedback maybe they are just annoyed by customers in general. But they didn't seem to bother the two guys much who came in after us. By the time we left additional employees had come from the back to stare at me while I was on the putting green looking at a putter, while asking me if I knew what I was even looking for and what the club was. Last week, I took a pair of boots in again to get the same thing done. A miscommunication led to them removing half of a good sole to put on the rubber half-sole. The workmanship was far better this time, but not what I had asked for. I took them back the next day and addressed the issue. They made it right. You can't ask more than that. I left a second pair with them to have a new heel cap installed. They have earned my business.

You need to measure for your band size and then cup size. She squeezed the tape measure around my chest an gave me a 42 DDD. I've lost a lot of weight and so I tried that size and it was so tight it dug into my ribs, but she was adamant that it was the correct size and I asked her to see if they had a size bigger, they didn't. So my mom also got measurements and the bra she had my mom try was tight also to the point that half of her boob on the side stuck out of the bra. So we just left very disappointed and not happy!
