We had a very long recovery, (and I do mean WE, she and her staff were with me every step of the recovery). I absolutely love this location!…read more A few years ago, my regular Merle Norman store went out of business without any warning. I had to order on the phone from Dallas for a few months before a lady on the phone told me that this location was set to open when I mentioned how I liked to shop local if I can. The very first time I went in the store, they made me feel very welcome. The owner happened to be there and helped me find what I needed and it was a great experience. They have plenty of product and if they don't they will order it for you and even have it shipped to you at no cost if you're local. Every time I go in they always give me great customer service! This is a wonderful location with amazing people and I wouldn't consider going to any other Merle Norman now!

What I love is the atmosphere and a tester for nearly everything that has to do with skincare. Tallow is a wonderful skin product. If you have skin care problems such as acne, dry skin, eczema, give tallow a try, I have no doubt it might just be the answer. Let me also mention that they have more than just skin care products. I saw some baby clothes and artisan products such as handbags, backpacks, and pillows. Thank you for bringing this great shop to Lubbock. Stop by, you won't regret it.

My friend even saw them just watching the camera and replaying every time we looked at a new item. We weren't loud, we didn't do anything wrong or suspicious either. Even when I was checking out - one worker stood RIGHT BESIDE ME and kept eyeing my pockets and hands. Pathetic. I didn't even want to explore their hair options because I personally think they saw a black group of teens and automatically thought we were trouble. Do better. Say hi when someone walks in.
