I showed up for my 10am massage at 9:45am and no one was there. I knocked on the door, because it was locked, no answer. I got back in my car and drove around the building to see if I was the only one there, and sure enough I was. So I parked in the front and waited until 10am. The receptionist pulled into the parking lot after the massage therapist did at 10:00. I waited in my car a few minutes when they both finally got out. It was now 10:05. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and took to the back to change and put my things in a locker. By the time I met the massage therapist and my massage began it was 10:20. Remind you my appointment was sit for 10! The massage was not the best I have had and it was definitely not an hour long that I was charged for. I was done and out of the spa by 11:05. I will not be giving Lindsey's my business ever again (also I was supposed to have a free massage on file because the last time I booked the massage therapist canceled that morning) and will be sure to let others know to go elsewhere for any spa needs.

I have genuinely never received such terrible service from supposed professionals in my life. They…read moreare never open and are terrible with scheduling. They make you text them and will not schedule over the phone. They typically get back to you about scheduling in 3-5 business days which would be fine if you were actually receiving something. The women are rude and make you feel dumb for asking questions. If you bought one of their "passports" from Holiday happening HA good luck cause they will never book you. It's a complete scam and so is the entire company. I genuinely don't know how they are still in business. They also told my mother- who was not attempting to receive services that "she needed a skinny shot." I would just say RUN don't walk from these people.

Very nasty attitude after they called me to confirm an appointment today I explained to them to cancell until someone is able to reach my insurance as they continue saying they are out of network yet they are saying different. So she calls me back greatest attitude in the world did u need to tell me something ? No not unless its your practice. Have you ever heard such a thing ? No its redicoulus for her to think she can talk to people like this and the doctors for allowing such behavior. It shoes how they run things and as for the review they're doctors are great but for that experience which is not the first time shes rude then I would absolutely say stay away What kind of dentist let's staff chase away paying patients. Imagine being mad at the world for someone calling you out on your attitude and has concerns about thier insurance. Shes is not happy please do everyone a favor and leave. Lost a good paying patient due to some unprofessional child. Crazy thing she was trying tell me that I need help and seek someone for memory lol what...have ya ever heard of such a thing lol what... anyways looking at the reviews yeah some paid or family am sure but something tells me they are a little racist. such a shame.
