Christy cut my hair and while she was nice, I feel that the layers do not blend well together and it instead creates more of a triangle effect towards the bottom. I wanted to keep as much length as possible but the shortest layer is probably about 4-5 inches shorter than the longer pieces. Employee leaving a company, rather on their terms or the company's, should not be brought to the attention of clients. Defaming a former employee is a terrible look for a company that claims to be "a sophisticated high-end barbershop." This is an action you would expect out of a small town gossip salon, not what Regimen claims they are. My experience with the owner has been sub standard. I have previously referred new clients to Regimen whom also received this email. Now my reputation of a barbershop recommendation has been tainted by the owner spreading gossip. In the email, Natalie said I should come back to experience the professionalism that defines the Regimen difference. If that professionalism is defaming former employees, then I do not want that experience nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Since you like to bring up client details in your replies, you can remember August 6th as the last day I will visit or recommend Regimen to anyone.

This feedback is for corporate... its seems like natural products are important to you. I'm concerned that you have microwave ovens in every room and that you microwave the sugar wax in plastic containers. The exposure to microwave ovens all day long is not in the best interest of your staff. This is a serious and potentially very dangerous health risk. Additionally, microwaving the plastic containers all day long can add unnecessary PBAs (toxic microplastics) into the sugar scrub which may be toxic for your staff and clients. These issues can easily be resolved by making 2 simple changes to your room set up. 1. Replace microwave with a crock pot or something similar. Have hot water available in the crockpot all day long. 2. Keep the sugar wax in a glass container inside of the hot water in the crockpot. This will keep the sugar wax hot all day and will protect your staff and customers from unnecessary radiation exposure and toxic microplastics. You have smart young women working for you.
