Deep tissue or heavy pressure does not exist here. Medium is what you will end up getting. First time making an appointment they did not explain the process and I therefore did not get to enjoy a glass of champs or relaxation prior to massage. Second visit they forgot to bring my champs to me. New location has had dirty restrooms both times, new slippers/shoes are too large and are not only uncomfortable they squeak. Employees don't know how to help and management does not care about issues so maybe just go else where that you are treated better and not mislead on pricing.
