They make you text them and will not schedule over the phone. They typically get back to you about scheduling in 3-5 business days which would be fine if you were actually receiving something. The women are rude and make you feel dumb for asking questions. If you bought one of their "passports" from Holiday happening HA good luck cause they will never book you. It's a complete scam and so is the entire company. I genuinely don't know how they are still in business. They also told my mother- who was not attempting to receive services that "she needed a skinny shot." I would just say RUN don't walk from these people.
