I am leery of trying new walk in massage places because I am nervous if it could be a "sketchy" place but this one was very nice and I believe it is a reputable business. I am extremely stressed and really pampered myself with a 2hr body massage/foot combo (cash price was 123.60 I believe, it's discounted for cash). I felt very comfortable with the ladies there and didn't mind removing g my clothing for my massage with oil. The masseuse kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable and not cold or in pain. I have quite a few medical issues and scars and she kept making sure she wouldn't do anything to hurt me. She was a lil nervous to massage my swollen foot but I assured her she wouldn't hurt me, it's an old injury from a car wreck and so she continued massaging. She did make recommendations to help me, she said I should have acupuncture and cupping, I gathered she was saying there was a guy there that does it but I did not want to do that. When I was finished with my massage which automatically included oil, hot stones and hot towels I felt relaxed and pain free (that's very rare for me!) at the counter to pay they gave me a cup of barley tea. The other woman that was there said it has health benefits. I don't know what but it was interesting. When checking out I was told my tip was not enough. I was made fun of and laughed at by three of their employees and informed that I had to tip 20%-25% and no less (I tipped all I could afford right now - it was the very best I could do). There are lots of great massage places in Lubbock that will appreciate your business. A+ Massage doesn't deserve your business.

Employees don't know how to help and management does not care about issues so maybe just go else where that you are treated better and not mislead on pricing.
