I had some terrible neck and shoulder pain after working on a computer straight during the weekend…read more My head was hurting badly and so was the back of my eyes. I even thought about going to a hospital but I wanted to try getting medical massage first. Jeff was very professional and he clearly knows what he was doing. I have tried a few places in Lubbock and they were good for relaxation but not for solving a specific issue. He explained how my muscle functioned and what caused the tension, and made sure that the problem was solved by the time the session was done. At the other places, when I mention "neck pain", they do work on neck but without identifying what part of muscle is causing that pain. He was able to locate the specific muscle that caused this pain and then made assure that the pain is gone. This morning, I woke up with zero pain. Also, I realized that my blood circulation got far better than before, even though the massage only targeted my neck and shoulder area. My feet are not cold any more and my morning dizziness was gone. My legs do not feel swollen. I highly recommend this place. It was the best massage I have ever had.

I came to him with neck, back, and psiatic pain, but he insisted on pressing his body weight down on a broken rib with a hematoma. He said it was a twisted rib and that it's happened to him before. I've told him before I have broken ribs, yet he still insisted on unwittingly exacerbating this injury I got the day prior. My issue with this is that he insisted on touching a very recent injury, despite me never mentioning it in the appointment booking email. I only ever mentioned the injury for him to avoid it, not for him to push his entire body weight on it and misdiagnose my injury. And on top of that, they don't even have the decency to return my calls and messages, even after asking for a refund ten days ago.
