When checking out I was told my tip was not enough. I was made fun of and laughed at by three of their employees and informed that I had to tip 20%-25% and no less (I tipped all I could afford right now - it was the very best I could do). There are lots of great massage places in Lubbock that will appreciate your business. A+ Massage doesn't deserve your business.

It feels good to finally find a place to get a variety of massages and a really fantastic one at that! I had a 90 minute Ayurvedic massage. When I scheduled it, the owner made sure I knew to take a quiz (they provide the link) to learn my dasha. I then could text her the details so they would have a specific warm oil to use for me to provide balance for my body. I've been feeling rather off/emotional and the massage completely relaxed me and I feel more calm and secure afterwards. On top of the perfect massage, they allow you to select an add on. I selected the hot stone allergy/sinus release and it was perfect, especially in dusty Lubbock. I'll be back, and soon!

This one struck me as important because I went on their website and I looked at Robin's résumé. Extremely impressive! I have never met this woman! I don't know anything about her personally or her business...but like I said, I was extremely impressed with the résumé. I had a 90 minute massage and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I'm a 58-year-old woman and I get a massage every two weeks in Los Angeles. The type of massage I had from Robin was $150. Well worth it! If you have an opportunity to get a massage from Robin Miller, you should do it! It's well worth it. Her place was clean and easy to find. I found her very agreeable and knowledgeable.

I came to him with neck, back, and psiatic pain, but he insisted on pressing his body weight down on a broken rib with a hematoma. He said it was a twisted rib and that it's happened to him before. I've told him before I have broken ribs, yet he still insisted on unwittingly exacerbating this injury I got the day prior. My issue with this is that he insisted on touching a very recent injury, despite me never mentioning it in the appointment booking email. I only ever mentioned the injury for him to avoid it, not for him to push his entire body weight on it and misdiagnose my injury. And on top of that, they don't even have the decency to return my calls and messages, even after asking for a refund ten days ago.
