This place is a little weird. First off, you pay UPFRONT for both the service and the Tip?? One hour is $60. She asked me if I preferred a male or female masseuse. (Side note: her English was VERY limited and we had a substantial communication gap.)' First, my feet were placed in COLD water for a couple minutes. She left to go dump that out...that counts as part of your minutes. For being a "foot spa" she spent a lot of time on legs. She also put her phone between my feet/legs and was playing on it during the massage. The ceiling you stare at is stained from leaks. The music is annoying and loud. I was told it couldn't be turned off because other customers like it...but there weren't any other customers. I was never asked if pressure was hard or soft enough. Unlike other places in town that massage with your clothes on, you remove them here. You lay face down on a cold table with cold air blowing on you and an eerie damp towel on top. They do not have any warming oil either. She kept pulling my hair. On the way out, you will be handed a tiny styrofoam cup with two sips of warm water...warmer than the water they soaked your feet in initially. Inside was clean but laid out much differently than I've ever seen before. I had a 90 Minute massage and it was probably the best I've ever had. My review is based on my experience with their reflexology. After wearing heels and walking around and working in a kitchen for 12 hours for the Thanksgiving dinner, my feet were tired and needed some massage. I kind of came up with the idea on a whim on Sunday morning, and I checked out which place is open on Sundays. Q Foot Spa - that's what Google suggested. I made an appointment (not a real appointment because it was a 15-minute notice) and went to Q Foot Spa. The seats were very spacious and comfortable. It made me wish my long-haul flights would have seats like that in the economy class. First, my cold feet (they are always cold!) got warmed up in hot water in a wooden tub. There's something special about this wooden tub. I have experienced the similar "hot bath" but in a plastic container and the experience was half less enjoyable. Then, my massage began. First, my masseuse started with the hot stone massage. The stone is hot but she uses in a way that it does not make me feel too hot. Then, she tackled all the trigger point on my feet! Next to the seat, there is a foot trigger point chart. Some points do hurt (in my case, they were the eyes) but they were supposed to hurt if certain body parts are not well taken care of. And after the massage, it's supposed to relieve the symptoms. So, when you notice some painful trigger points, don't hate the masseuse - but remember that these are the places that need attention :-) Originally, I was simply going for a 30-minute reflexology but I added 15-minute custom massage: 5-min for face and shoulder, and 10-min for hands. Face/shoulder is not on the menu but ladies, you should ask for it. It's quite common in Asian countries and it makes your face rejuvenated because there are quite a few lymph drains on a face that need to be massaged regularly. It's detoxifying and also rejuvenating! I do it myself in the morning once a week but having it done by someone is much better. (And it's only $5!). My sore hands from chopping and peeling veggies for the Thanksgiving dinner were also healed in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place! read more

Not really reflexology, but a pretty nice foot massage. I think I decided last time I was there that it is a little too expensive for what you get. In Dallas, you get true reflexology with a bottle of water and nice music, no one talking or laughing, for $35 an hour. Here they talk a little bit too much for my taste. And no pressure points are addressed, just really rubbing your feet. $45 an hour. I have gone three times and probably will not return. read more

Sketchy business... weird ambience and it was stuffy inside. I felt uncomfortable and all I was getting was a foot massage.

Took my daughter for first time experience... my normal and preferred places was closed... will not be back. For an hour worth... did not find it to be reflexology or relaxing...but a simple foot rub... also had both technicians talking to each other throughout the majority of the time... which was totally un relaxing for both of us. read more

I come in here often for a quick chair massage. I've always had a great experience. I've gotten reflexology done here before as well and it was great. The therapist are very nice. It's definitely a NO frills place, so don't expect much in that sense but if you don't want to spend much money and need something quick if your back or feet are hurting this is the place to go. read more

Got a massage during the entire massage the lady was talking to another therapist threw 80 percent of massage she talked super loud. Last 20 percent of massage he finally went outside then she called someone on speaker phone while massaging me and talked to them on the phone. read more

This place is wonderful! Great atmosphere and fluent bilingual trained massage therapist . I have scoliosis and they knew exactly how to work with my muscles . I feel better than I do after going to the chiropractor - and it's more affordable !
