Behind the glass door you'll typically find at least 6 red doors with numbers on them, and the bathroom. These rooms are for the waxing. I was called back by Amanda she's considered a red line Wax Specialist meaning she knows what she's doing. If you've been to enough European Wax Centers you know the waxer doesn't leave the room while you undress however they turn their back. Before getting started Amanda asked if I needed any additional waxing services (up sell). She quickly got started and with each swipe of wax she used a new popsicle stick. The entire waxing service was complete within 15 minutes. During my service, she went over the different products I've have used previously and reminded me what they were used for. When she finished she put one of their products on me and it felt cool. Amanda walked me out told me about her product sale. I paid out, gave my tip, and scheduled my next appointment. This feedback is for corporate... its seems like natural products are important to you. I'm concerned that you have microwave ovens in every room and that you microwave the sugar wax in plastic containers. The exposure to microwave ovens all day long is not in the best interest of your staff. This is a serious and potentially very dangerous health risk. Additionally, microwaving the plastic containers all day long can add unnecessary PBAs (toxic microplastics) into the sugar scrub which may be toxic for your staff and clients. These issues can easily be resolved by making 2 simple changes to your room set up. 1. Replace microwave with a crock pot or something similar. Have hot water available in the crockpot all day long. 2. Keep the sugar wax in a glass container inside of the hot water in the crockpot. This will keep the sugar wax hot all day and will protect your staff and customers from unnecessary radiation exposure and toxic microplastics. You have smart young women working for you. As an owner of a company myself, there is a serious problem when a business has a revolving door of employees. Every week that I go through that door there is different receptionist. I'm loyal to a waxer that I like but they keep leaving. I had an apt today and of course there was a different receptionist and the waxer I was scheduled with has also given her notice. They have a sign on their door that they will be closed on weekends till further notice. Why... because they have only a couple of waxers now!!! The room has dimmed light and the heated bed was very relaxing. The whole process was very calming and I felt that the esthetician was very genuine.
